Anyone who mentions the customer service as rude and full of attitude is correct. Mainly from the two ladies at the food counter while another lady from the Game Cards counter was very kind. I am not sure who trains some of these employees but customer service is also common sense, you don’t treat customers as if they’re an inconvenience to your job duties. I ordered a special float from their collab event, they had advertised it at the register and at the food kiosks. I couldn’t order the float at the kiosk so I asked if I could order the float that I didn’t order at the kiosk at the register and still be eligible for another advertised gift of spending $30 or more on food. I was told no because it was only valid for one transaction, which I should’ve asked for a refund, that is on me. What isn’t on me is that after ordering and paying for the special float for that separate gift I was told when served that the other gift of the $30 would be given to me because the cashier “forgot” they had no more coasters to give since the collab or the deal ended the day before. I ordered at later in the day, around 5/6 PM. You’re telling me all day you had these advertisements out and hadn’t realized the deal ended the day before? Manager couldn’t even be the one to tell me since this cashier didn’t seem to be informed, you can tell this manager whomever they are doesn’t like to take responsibility. Pizza is not fully cooked because the toppings are piled on, and the ramen is not good at all. I came to visit from Fresno and we have some authentic places to compare ramen in Cali to, this is not the ramen to get. Wings were ok, and the soda pitcher does have free refills which is good since it costs $10. Not too sure about this collab they have going on, but the Manager needs to “manage” much better what has ended and what hasn’t, and whatever work environment they have going on on the kitchen side seems to rub off on the attitude of those ladies, they don’t interact at all and immediately say, “Well what do you want, do you want a refund?” It is your attitude that isn’t helping things, I have been compensated before and it wasn’t because I was the inconvenience! Try to at the least teach them to say thank you and have a good day, like I said, it’s common sense.

Ground 1 has everything from various claw machines to billiards, bowling, and karaoke. I've never seen so many claw machines in one place before. I was surprised by how high-quality the prizes inside the machines were. The only downside was that the food didn't meet my expectations. However, my family had a great time, and we'll definitely be back soon.

This arcade bar is the best playground for video games I’ve ever been to! They have everything—VR, pool, dance games, bowling, and so much more. The variety of games kept me entertained for hours. The place was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you’re into classic arcade games or modern experiences, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere was lively, and the drinks were great too. I can’t wait to come back for another round of fun!

Came to Round 1 for an outing with my team and had a wonderful time. We were helped by a very friendly gentleman named Finn, and he was able to assist us with our visit and our gameroom experience. Would love to come back and have another awesome experience!

Food has to be ordered through the kiosk on the opposite side which I've included in the photos. 2. To play any of the games you need to the area where they sell you the in house game cards that work with the arcade games. If it's your first time coming, they have a deal as of now $ 10.00 for an hour play of certain arcade games. At least this will give you the most affordable sample how things are before spending more. I came this Saturday and played a wide variety of arcade games such as halo and some old school arcade games, Marvel games. It's definitely way better the chucky cheese. 3. The good thing about this place is that you can bring your husband's and leave him at the bar where they have sports on while the you and the kids can play in the arcade.
