Customer reviews indicate a mixed experience, with some praising the fun atmosphere and party services, while others report significant customer service issues.

The arcade features a wide range of games, including claw machines, prize games, and classic arcade titles. Customers have noted that the claw machines are generally rigged, which is typical for such machines. However, other staff members, particularly the "super tall skinny guy with glasses" and party host Matthew, have been praised for their friendly and helpful service.

Birthday parties are a popular offering at Round1, with customers reporting positive experiences. Matthew, a party host, received high praise for his attentiveness, organization, and friendly demeanor. The pizza served at parties is also noted as being hot and delicious.

Went here to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Yeah of course the claw machines are rigged, thats what claw machines were designed to do thats no biggie. The MAIN issue with this place is the horrible staff. I swiped my card 4 times on this game to try and win a naruto figurd. Won first try, went and got someone to reset the game because i had three more credits. This kid in glasses huffed and puffed the whole way over, reset the game, and I won again immediately so he straight up put the machine into “out of service” mode. And said I could not have the prize. Took it right out of my hand. As the day went on I won multiple more figures and this kid just got more rude with every interaction. Blonde shorter hair, black frame glasses. Shouldve grabbed his name. THEN as we decided to take a break we went and got two bottles of water which was $6. (Yeah spendy but whatever, that wasnt an issue to us) The girl behind the counter sets two bottles of water on the counter and says “its gonna ask you a little question” (we all know its the tip menu) So i hit no tip and we proceeded to be lectured on how some people live on tips and we only came here to make their lives worse and this and that then stormed off. If we ordered food or any service that required actual work we would have tipped but she literally grabbed to bottles and set them on the counter. All the other workers were very pleasant. Just a shame these two very young entitled employees felt the need to be so confrontational. Would hate to see them fired, but maybe have them attend a customer service course or something. Overall their bad attitudes didnt have any negative impact on our fun at all. We found it quite hilarious as we both work similar jobs interacting with customers but with way more demanding physical roles and no tips. FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS: If you’re going for prizes, avoid the claw machines as they’re mostly set to be very weak. Pingpong ball drop, hook the box, and the spinning circle with lights games are your best bet for prizes. We left with about 4 plushies from the mini claw machines, and 13 boxed anime figures. (Wouldve been 14 if glasses kid didnt physically rip the naruto out of my hands lol) If you DO need help or a game reset dont even bother asking any younger employees, just wait for one of the friendly experienced staff to be available. Extreme shoutout to the super tall skinny guy with glasses, he was friendly and cool, wish I wouldve grabbed his name because he deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service. Overall fun day AND we get the memories of laughing about “remember that one kid who ripped that toy out of your hand at the arcade for winning, or the girl who freaked out on us because we didnt tip her for setting two $3 bottles of water on the counter lol” Pic is of our boxed prizes, didnt picture the duplicates. 3 extra Mikus, 2 extra dragonball dudes, an extra ice cream girl, and 2 extra of the horse anime girl.

Had my son’s 6th birthday party here and it was awesome! Our party host Matthew was absolutely fantastic and on top of everything. Pizza was hot and delicious, he made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be doing another party at Round1, great food, lots of drinks and tons of awesome games for adults/kids to play.

This place is crazy fun!! Easily the most talked about and most visited with our family. It’s so easy to spend hundreds here. The staff do their best. Food is good. The new ramen and matcha latte was incredible.

Great for younger kids and teenagers. I’d bring my daughter here to enjoy some of the games. Although prices are a little high and the claw machines are a bit of a scam. 4/5.

I come to this arcade at least once a month and haven't had a bad experience with staff, or encountered any problems with the games that staff haven't been able to assist with. I mostly come here for the rhythm games and the exclusive ones that they have (Music Diver and Tetote Connect) are a lot of fun! I haven't ordered food from food service counter much, one previous time that I've been I had to wait a while for a staff member to come take my order but the food was good so I didn't mind. This most recent visit I got one of the Hololive collab drinks (Mococo's Strawberry Cream Soda) and it was really good + you get a free coaster (it's a surprise which one you get). This most recent visit I also did karaoke for around 1 hour, I was a bit disappointed that the Japanese songs were disabled on the system since it's something advertised online as being available at this location (and I had asked about it at the counter when reserving the time slot) but it was still a fun experience.
