Rowdy Bear's Smoky Mountain Snowpark

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. I paid $112.00 to get in and when I got there it wasn't anything like what it advertised. I tried to get my money back and I talked to 3 supervisor and they said the best they could do was refund me $11. The 3 lady after I've been on the phone for a hour she told me that because my time slot had passed she couldn't refund me anything even though I was in the parking lot and on the phone with the the entire time. That's no way to run a business. Do not go to this place or you'll be disappointed. If I could have given it no stars I would have.

We had so much fun! Unlimited rides for 1 or 2 hours. I felt it was worth it, pay per person. Tickets build up for prizes at the end. The workers are friendly!

We went here yesterday and had such a fun time! That has got to be the fasted snow tubing experience ever! What an adrenaline rush! The two coasters were also very fun for the whole family! They also have an area for the kids to play in a huge pile of snow and a jungle gym. It was always a super great experience cause it was actually really snowing! We can’t wait to go back!

Reasonably fun but very pricey. Snow tubing is fast and I could see where kids would love it. But if the weather is warmish (like even a little above freezing) the runs are icy and/or somewhat bare. We did them twice and quit. The coasters are fun but very short so not worth it for the price ($19.99 for three rides). But the staff is nice and kiddos will enjoy ... All in all a decent experience but be prepared for not so much value for money. (On the other hand, what in Pigeon Forge is?)

My family came yesterday (of 4) with 2 boys 9&10. It was so fun for the whole family. My kids used up every bit of the 90 minutes because they loved it so much. The staff was great and the young men helping with the slopes made the experience so fun for us all! They offered to take videos and photos for us so we could all be in the captured memory.
