This Rush Fun Park is one our favorites! It’s next to the Arcadia AZ Ice rink, so my younger kids can play while my ice skater is practicing. The staff is really great, especially Charles. He’s super helpful and prioritizes keeping the park safe. We’ve attended a few birthday parties here and it was a hit with both the kids and parents. The place feels pretty clean and maintained well. Thanks for the fun!

This place was perfect for our kids! Fun for adults as well. There were plenty of fun obstacles, arcade games, and food! We came here while on vacation on a Friday morning, and there was literally nobody here, so we had the whole place to ourselves! There are plenty of parking spaces and there are also quite a few food places near the building. Prices were very fair, and you can buy the socks there for around $5. The 2 guys running the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

I came to this location for a birthday party. This is the worst one I’ve been too. It’s dirty and ghetto af over here. Everything has duct tape on it. The female GM was rude. The guy at the concession stand was very nice. Lots of arcade games. Baby/ toddler area was soooo dirty. And kids who are not suppose to be in that area are always running through and knocking my daughter over. Other customers and their kids are sooo rude and have no manners. The lady wouldn’t let me out of the bathroom cuz she was trying to shove her way in the door.

What a great experience for me and my kids today! First of all, the place was spotless. Liam and Charles diffused a really awful guest who was asked to leave for using foul language around the kids, and for threatening the staff. They exhibited such resourcefulness and teamwork to get the problem guest removed. 10/10 will return. Thanks guys!

Poor Customer Service Experience I’m writing to share my dissatisfaction with the customer service at Rush Fun Park, Phoenix. When I called to request a venue change from Phoenix to Peoria, the front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me before I could fully explain my request. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for paying customers. I will be canceling my booking and will not recommend this location to anyone for hosting events. It’s essential to treat customers with respect and professionalism
