RYCO's Escape Room & Lounge

We came as a duo for two escape rooms and we were not disappointed! RYCO's Island - it starts off as a "typical" escape room, but as another review mentioned as the game progressed it really picked up with a couple "ooh!" factors and great number of different type of puzzles, both mental and physical. Dreams Works - change of tune compared to Ryco's, but still a great number of puzzles, both mental and physical. I had a blast here because I'm a big fan of the infamous animation studio this game is inspired by. The only constructive criticism is I wish there was a digital notepad or pen&paper we could've used for notes, but it seemed we were able to use the notes app from our phone during the game :). We met the owners Cody and Ryan, and had a blast speaking to them both. It's also comforting to know that the this escape venue is created and managed by enthusiasts. Highly recommend checking out this escape venue. This is, by far, the best venue here in Long Island (and we've played ~150games so far globally). We will be back to their other two games :). P.S. - they can make mocktail versions of their alcoholic drinks :)

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing experience! Fun concepts, different puzzles, friendly staff, and great owners! I will definitely be coming back!! Try it yourself! P.S. the drinks are delicious, ask for Brianna! (Drink is the Jack Frost)

A+++ Experience! My first escape room that I’ve ever done and now i absolutely have to come back for the other themed rooms. Did the Asylum room, and it was exhilarating, such a cool experience. Cody was very welcoming and gave great vibes throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this place, you will absolutely enjoy your time here.

Had a great experience here, possibly better than any other escape room I've tried. We did the Dreamswork room and it was suitably difficult and we made it out in the nick of time. The puzzles and theme were very well thought out -- it is clear that a lot of care went into building this experience. Highly recommend, I can't wait to return!

This was an experience I’ve never had before! Very different than your average escape room. So much fun! Can’t wait to come back and try a different room! They also have delicious and creative drinks to enjoy before and after your escape.
