Sandbox at this location was fun! My nephew and I had a blast yesterday. First, I really appreciated the amount of knowledge and education that Carolyn had about the company & games. She was visibly passionate, so that made the experience enjoyable and got us hyped. Additionally, I appreciated her for making sure that my equipments were cleaned before I utilized them. The game itself had glitches, but that’s inevitable— Mo made sure to direct us & helped us get back into the experience swiftly. He knew what he was doing. The experience was still dope. I definitely plan on returning!

We had a reservation at 6. We were told to come to the back to prep for the game. We had to wait an hour or more. We were briefed, assigned team names and numbers. Another employee Stephen came and repeated the process even though I tried to explain that we had already completed this process. He appeared irritated already; he was short and didn’t listen. He had people in our party who wasn’t in our group. It became confusing. The color and characters had been switched twice. Gino ended up and fixing everything. Process was not smooth but we eventually enjoyed ourselves once we finally played the game. I’m not sure if we will return.

This place Was Soooooooooooo Fun!!!!! Whether it’s a Date Night ,Group Trip, Family Time it’s an absolute must go!! Sooo many options! Great customer service and just an Amazing experience! Friendly staff that is willing to help and explain everything so you feel comfortable! They make sure all safety precautions are made and then it’s Show Time!🥰🥰🥰Go check this place out!!!! You will have a blast!!!!

Booked for 2 to celebrate my son’s birthday. Didn’t realize we would share the experience in which thats ok. The couple was cool. I’ve been before and it was my son’s first time. We arrived about 20 min early. I felt the little African American chick rushed us into putting our gear on, even though we were early. The system glitched a few times and we had to stop the game due to the guns not working. My gear didn't snap in the holes well so we stopped the game a few times to fix it. Because we were celebrating a birthday you get a little birthday celebration clip at the end of the game. What made the experience not worth the price is the staff, glitches, the video that we received for keep sake had the birthday hat on the person who wasn't celebrating a birthday, & it also had all the scenes we had to ask the staff for help. I feel it ruined my son’s celebration. It’s embarrassing to post to any social network platform & it didnt look like we were celebrating him. Overall, the game was fun.

First time doing this and it was definitely worth it. We had a blast and a lot of good laughs. As most electronic devices, we did have a couple of malfunctions and interruptions. The bracelet came loose one time and a gun stopped working but still such an easy transition and fun time. Would love to do it again soon! Highly recommend as an adult activity or even as a family with kiddos. I wasn’t ready to stop when it ended.
