Pretty crowded but worth it. Must try the hay ride and tubing ride. They had a snow playground for free and the kids loved it. The funnel cake tasted excellent. Live music in front of the campfire was relaxing and interesting for the kids. For the Parking ticket buy ahead but you might need to walk a bit to enter the event. Staff guided us to get a spot to park. Friendly customer service kudos to their work.

As a mom of a busy toddler, I can't say enough about our magical experience at Santa's Wonderland, a Christmas light-themed park! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a winter wonderland. The twinkling lights were absolutely stunning, and my little one was mesmerized by all the colors and displays. The hayride was a huge hit! (Be prepared to be in line for about an hour if you go within the first two hours of arrival from opening). My toddler loved bouncing along while spotting reindeer and Christmas characters hidden in the light displays. The cheerful holiday music playing along the way added an extra festive touch that kept us both smiling. In total, it was about a 20 minute ride. The snow hills were absolute toddler paradise! My little one giggled endlessly--the hill size was just right for her to feel adventurous but still safe. I loved how they had smaller hills for younger kids—it made the experience so inclusive. While the ice skating rink looked like a lot of fun, my toddler was just a bit too small for it. But honestly, we didn’t feel like we missed out because there was so much else to do. We ended the evening near the bonfire, watching the band, which was the perfect way to wind down with some cocoa and coffee. This was the kind of experience that creates lasting memories for families, and I can’t wait to go back next year when my toddler’s big enough to try ice skating! Highly recommend this for anyone with young kids looking for a magical holiday outing.

We arrived at our parking reservation time at 4:30 and the line was down the service road. We finally walked into the park at about 5. We were inside for 5 hours and of those 5 hours, 4hrs and 10 minutes were spent waiting in lines. The lines were outrageous. It even felt like a line just walking through the park. We were only able to do the snow tubing and the hay ride to see the lights and eat. The lights were stunning and it was a magical 15 minute hay ride through the lights but the lines…I don’t know if the lights were worth the time. The staff were great and were polite. Food was just okay, $80 for 5 burgers, 2 fries and 3 drinks.

Santa’s wonderland is definitely a great holiday vibe and place to go with family. The lights are beautiful and the hayride is the best experience. However, unfortunately there were so many things that fell short of a good experience. First, the parking situation is pretty frustrating. We paid for one of the lots in advance but the lines waiting to park were extremely long. When we finally parked, we had a very long walk to the front of the park. Also, if it rains, be careful because it’s dirt and going to get very messy. The entire ordeal to park and even get into the park took over 30 minutes. Once we entered the park we wanted to get to the hayride line but that line was incredibly long. We did not purchase the VIP passes since we had 6 people and that would get very pricey for 6 VIP passes in addition to general admission. Once we finally got on the hayride it was a special experience. However, it took majority of the evening. After the hayride, we proceeded to get food. Half of our group wanted pizza and the other half Cajun food. We went to get pizza first, there was a long line but moving fast, but unfortunately the pizza was undercooked. Then we went to the cajun eatery and waited in a long line just to get to our turn and they had already ran out of almost everything at 7:00pm. Also, both eateries did not have many drinks left. Just seemed like poor planning for a Saturday evening, knowing it’s one of the busiest nights. Bathroom lines are excessively long. The park lost money because also wanted to get funnel cake and because the length of wait time we decided not to. The park is just way too crowded for a good experience. It did change the experience for us. I hope Santa’s Wonderland improves things to make it a better experience for their customers. Majority of people drive from far for this and pay a lot of money to be disappointed. No one wants to be disappointed during the holidays for something they planned and paid a lot of money for.
