Overall rating: 4.9 As an adult, this place had always fond memories. I used to come as a child and remember it dearly. This time around I went with my 2-year old niece & somehow still had a great time. Standing in line is never fun, so if you’re not the parent and going - I recommend a book or strong earphones while you’re watching them stand in line. A fan is also needed. Also definitely got Covid in the lazy river 🙄 still recommend!

Sesame Place was the perfect outing for my grandkids! From the moment we walked in, the magic of the park had them smiling from ear to ear. The highlight of the day was definitely the parade. Watching all their favorite characters come to life, dancing and waving, was pure joy. The music, the floats, and the energy of the performers were amazing, and my grandkids were completely mesmerized. They even got a chance to wave back at the characters, which made their day extra special. The rides were just as enjoyable. Whether it was the gentle rides for the younger ones or something a little more thrilling for the older kids, there was something for everyone. They had a blast trying them all, and I loved seeing them so excited and full of laughter. But the real fun began when we headed to get in the pool. They absolutely loved the water and my grandkids didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect way to cool off and enjoy even more excitement. Sesame Place delivered an unforgettable day for my family. It’s a perfect blend of fun, nostalgia, and adventure. My oldest grandkid is already asking when we’re going back! He can’t wait to get back this place.

We spent almost 500 dollars as a family of 4 to have passes to this establishment. Each time we've went multiple attractions are closed and we are told "due to not enough staff". My one child literally has asked to go home because so many attractions are closed. Once we've went and every single slide on the water park kids jungle gym was closed. Last time we went the big five person raft ride was closed. Along with the one raft slide. We were given the "unlimited Que" wristbands for last time based on our first negative experience, but it didn't matter because the time we came to utilize those it was the exact same experience (and my parents paid full price admission to come with us). I have now contacted customer service twice since our first negative experience to explain the situation we had the next time was the exact same and have been ignored. It's unacceptable to charge the prices they do and not have the park fully operational. I understand if things are closed for unforeseen circumstance such as maintance issues, etc. but to be told each time I'm at the park for staffing issues is not acceptable. Then you need to compensate because the park is small to begin with and as a guest you expect it to be fully operational. Also, I will attach pictures to show that the grounds are not well kept and it is filthy.

Very tiny park geared towards kids. You get in free with a Bush Gardens pass. They have two small coasters that were pretty good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The families seemed to be having a good time. The bathrooms didn't have paper towels or hand dryers, there were dirty diapers on the floor and they desperately needed a good cleaning.

Wonderful place for a whole day family outing with lots of activities for everyone. The Sesame Street Parade was wonderful. My 8 years old daughter enjoyed all the rides. The water park is wonderful. The walking area surrounding the water area was very rocky, it hurts. I would request the park authority to look into this matter. Rest all I like everything about this theme park.
