There's a recent review that says the floats of the obstacle islands are old and moldy, but they've all been replaced and everything is brand new. Our family of 5 had an awesome time, so much so our kids wanted to go back the next day. There were great holiday deals on their website too. We went to this place 3 years ago and remembered it fondly and it did not disappoint. Also, it's in a lake in a natural park, so there are going to be birds, fish, water grass, turtles etc. Better than swimming in chemicals imo! For us the wildlife was definitely an add rather than a minus.

Very disappointed!! Half of the inflatables are gone, but the price is the same. The website is very misleading. The inflatables were covered in mold and bird poop. Several of the handles and footholds were broken and missing making it impossible to climb. The water is filled with seaweed, so try not to fall in. If you have extremely low expectations and don’t mind the grime, come check it out.

We went to Shark Wake Park for a 9 year old's birthday party. The kids, who ranged in age from 7-10, were the perfect age and absolutely loved it. We noticed there were no younger pre-school age kids and no teenagers at the park. The main attraction was the obstacle course that the kids swam out to when the signal was given. A few parents also participated in this, which was a good idea because there was limited staff to keep eyes on all the kids that were in the water and on the obstacle course. The water park was in a natural park waterway, not a pool or other controlled body of water. There were showers available in one of the buildings and that is another recommendation I would have for everyone after coming out of the water. For the adults that stayed on the pier to watch their kids, there was a counter where they sold beer. Yeungling and Cigar City Jai-Alai IPA were available, but you needed a credit card because they would not accept cash for the purchase. The staff was more than happy to be tipped in cash though.

This outdoor adventure park is awesome! The obstacle course on the water has slides, climb towers, and platform jumps. There is also cable wakeboarding and kneeboarding. It was our first time kneeboarding and even though we tried and failed several times, we still had a lot of fun! They also offer summer camps for kids age 7-15. Bring your friends and family to try something new or celebrate your birthday here. Definitely recommend! Instagram - @thesofloduo

We had such an amazing time at Skatel Wake Park!!! Jeff was so attentive not only with the staff but with all the clients and families at the facility. We will gladly recommend this place to family and friends. The group of employees today was super nice and professional also. I'm glad we stayed after participating in the Feeding South Florida 5k event!!!
