First time hear and I see that there is more than expected. The pizza was a little burnt but taste okay. A great place to visit on a hot day.

My husband and I brought our adopted 4-year-old autistic son here on a Wednesday thinking it would be low key. We bought our tickets on Groupon at what we thought was a great deal and had seen there was a discount for kids but that the kids could only use certain slides and areas. Which we were fine with since he was new at this and we wanted to take it slow however we were excited to be able to take turns on the adult slides which did not happen because the adult water attractions or not open. The two children roller coasters were not open either. The hours also had changed from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. . My husband and I also received a ticket each to be able to do an adventure activity laser tag, arcades, miniature golf, batting cages or go karts. A majority of those things were also not open. The day that we had planned was just not the day that we had but we did make it as fun as possible for our little boy.

We were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some reviews about it being rundown. We had a 9 and 13 year old, and they enjoyed all of the relevant slides (4-5), lazy river, and wave pool. We spent around 3 hours there, and did everything at least twice. The lines were very short; the grounds were well maintained; the slides looked to be in good shape, no rust, or signs of neglect. The staff was relaxed, but attentive, and friendly. In one instance, my youngest was very apprehensive about trying the scariest slide, and the two staff members present were very patient, and helpful. One of them even went down the slide to show him how easy it was. They also let him stand right near the launch, so he could watch people go down. We never had a problem finding tubes, or chairs. It was later in the afternoon on Labor Day, and there was a decent crowd, but it wasn't too busy at all. The bathroom I used was clean, and stocked. I would say the tide pool was slightly underwhelming, but my kids didn't have any complaints. The price is a little steep, but they are open till 7:00 p.m., and pretty much every day in season. It's probably the reason it's not as crowded as it would be if tickets were cheaper, so we found it was worth the cost.

This place is a lot of fun and adorable. I do recommend going on Groupon to find really good deals that would have a package deal especially for a family of four. You could also do season passes if you think of going much more often. They do offer military discounts so that's a plus. The water was a lot of fun, they laser tag, video games, go carts and miniature golf. So parking is plentiful but it doesn't seem there is a lot of disability parking so go early if you need to. Once you walk towards the front door STOP and look left in the water and see all the gators they are awesome to watch. You can get gator food inside. There are video cameras so don't throw anything in there unless you got it from inside. Once inside go thru the video games to the desk and get your passes even if you got it on line they will verify your purchase. There is also a food court there. Laser tag is on the left when you're inside. Once you have everything going thru more doors turn right to go carts and batting cages, straight ahead is miniature golf and to the left is the water park and must attend. They have water slides for all ages, lazy river and a wading pool. Yes they do have lockers there to rent. The staff is really caring and helpful so go and have fun.

We had our baseball banquet there, and the kids had a blast. The only issue was lack of staff, 2 water slides were shut down, and the batting cages were closed. They didn't have enough rafts. They did have plenty of deflated rafts. Also, if you look online (Google), they have coupons for a free game of golf.
