😡 Frustrated with my recent experience at Six Flags over TExas. I drove three hours to visit, only to find out the park was closed for the next three weeks due to corporate events. This information was nearly impossible to find on their website and isn't updated on Google. Contacted their corporate office to request a refund, since I won't be able to return before the year ends. They flat-out refused any refund or extension of tickets into 2025. When I asked if my money was just going to be wasted, they bluntly said yes. And when I asked if this was the extent of their customer service, they said yes. Six Flags, you need to do better. Customers deserve clearer information and better service. #SixFlags #CustomerServiceFail

Six Flags has become the biggest scam in the past couple years raising their prices astronomically and then forcing you into paying higher prices for their "Diamond" season passes just to visit more than your home park when THE season pass used to be valid at ANY park. The parks are also shutting down to weekends only before the summer is even over now! What the heck is up with that! Figured that one out on our vacation to GA when Google hours hadn't been updated and the gates never opened. Thanks Six Flags for providing a not so memorable "Griswald" vacation!

LAWYERS......Tired of paying all this money for passes and big money companies being allowed to rent the park for the day and all the people who payed for passes aren't allowed to go for multiple weeks at a time.. the employee named Daria i spoke with literally laughed at my frustration.. I think it's time us pass holders start talking to attorneys and work on suing them for all these headaches and frustrations they're causing

Didnt get to use the park due to it being closed, but i still get charged monthly for it. Stacey with Corporate told me they could cancel it. She was very rude and super unprofessional. Ill never being going back to another six flags park ever. Terrible experience. Terrible corporate.

I purchased four Platinum National Season The Flash Passes last month and attempted to use them this month. I spent about $1,200 on these passes. I was told that they couldn't be added to my season passes because I'd bought them separately from the season passes themselves and that there was no way to fix this. I was also told by four separate park employees and agents (both at the park and with corporate) that they would absolutely not refund my purchase price. One park employee did suggest that he would request a refund of my original purchase price ($1,200) if I made a new purchase for the SAME passes that day (which currently retail for $4,000 for all four.) So, I bought the passes from the company, they won't honor them, but will try to get my a refund of my original purchase price if I'm willing to pay almost four times as much to try to get the exact service I've already paid for. On top of that, they refused to honor two of three season drink bottles that were a part of a meal plan I'd purchased, and would not allow reentry into the park with my Diamond season passes. I gave the company about as much money as one can in one year per person and, for each of three components to my purchases (season entry passes, season meal plan, season flash passes) did not receive what was promised in any one of those categories. I would NOT spend any significant money with the park, especially if you've got kids in tow; mine didn't understand why they didn't get to have the fun I'd promised them and DEFINITELY didn't understand why we had to end the day early when the season passes were denied for reentry into the park after lunch (I can't say I was personally disappointed, because I was done with the park after they'd taken so much money and refused to offer the tickets, but what do you do with kids in tow but try to salvage what you can?) I can provide receipts, contact logs, and chat logs to anyone who is considering purchases and wants to know what to expect.
