Customer Reviews

We visited Six Flags Water Park this weekend with the whole family and had a great time overall. The variety of attractions and rides catered to all ages, making it a fun outing for everyone. The park was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the wait times for the body slides were quite long, often exceeding an hour. This was a bit frustrating, especially with kids. It would be great if the park could find a way to reduce these wait times, perhaps by adding more slides or improving the queue management. Despite the long waits, we enjoyed our visit and will likely return. The excitement and enjoyment of the water rides made up for the wait, and the overall experience was positive. Thank you, Six Flags, for a fun family day out!

We were looking to go to a waterpark and chose this ahead of other indoor water parks .. went on a weekday in summer and it was chaotic ! Though there are some good rides , it just takes forever to get into a ride ! Some rides are 1 hour wait times and it just doesn’t make sense .. foood and drink is extremely expensive ! Like a drink costs about 15$ and a slice of pizza about 10$ .. they just aim to make money .. they don’t have anything called “customer service” They have very less floaters and make you rent one for 10-15$ .. have never been to a wave pool and not float on it . We were just walking around the full wave pool ! Ridiculous ! Luckily we have a yearly pass . I would never recommend this to anyone taking a day pass . It’s not worth it . You could go to camelback or any other indoor water parks which is much better !! Parking is crazy too ! The only good thing here is the wave pool … overall a very very average experience and it could be much better than a money making business ! Pls give more priority to customer service and customer happiness !

Things have definitely changed since last year. Positive way! The chairs went from layout chairs to regular chairs, which is better in my opinion since it's better for walking/getting around the area. The last two times we were there, we gave in and chose to stay in a gold cabana. Super private and nice to have your own space. We are VIP Elite members so there was a nice discount too. Our service lady was WONDERFUL! I believe her name is Stone and she was beyond attentive, very friendly, and just overall the best. We had her both times and were so grateful. The kids love her and she even remembered the name of my son's teddy (which made him super happy). It's the little things and we love it. We will definitely come back to the cabana for her. -Lifeguards and workers have gotten better with customer service. Usually they'll be aggressive or answer you with attitude but lately, they've been casual and decent with response.

First of all, there was throw up on the stairs to the waterslide, which was really gross. I did not see any team member cleaning it up. Way too little seating they need to add more seating. Lines were too long only one slide or one group of slides was acceptable for the lines. Other lines were way too long. in other words, you get what you pay for. Actually no you don’t you get ripped off at the park if you don’t have season passes or meal plan the prices are outrageous. I saw a thing that said a special for $29 for two slices of pepperoni pizza. Also, there is a naked child running around with security chasing them with a towel. The parents were nowhere to be seen. If you were dairy free, forget about it. You can only have a gluten-free dairy free cookie or brownie can only have fries. No meals available overall is not really worth it. There are much better parks out there. Pretty big disappointment come on there was also barely any lifejackets at the busy hour. Six Flags need to get more and also they have rentals for rafts which is a huge rip off. You should be you should have the correct amount of rafts you should not have to rent one for $10 for a single one and $15 for a double come on use the money that you get from these parks you should put some of the money that you’re making of these parks and reinvest in them. Come on Six Flags. Be better.

I haven’t gone since I was a child. I figured I’d take my parents because they have never gone! Healing their inner child a day trip at a time… It was so much fun and I may book again for next summer. It is small enough where you don’t feel exhausted in the heat but big enough that it can fill a day. It took us about an hour and a half to get there. Felt longer but it was ok. We arrived early on a Wednesday and there was no need for getting the higher tier for parking. We were in the 3/4th line with the regular parking. Took us less than 30 seconds to get to the entrance. We only waited a few minutes in line to get in because we arrived before they opened. Staff were quick and friendly. Guests were behaved. I bought the $29 tickets online (best deal ever) and added on the meal plans. Totally worth it! The prices are outrageous inside the park. A sandwich would cost you about $20, whereas the meal package was around $24 including a meal, drink and a snack!! They may catch me over there again for Fright Fest.
