We went to see the Christmas lights after New Years. The line was short so we were able to drive right in without having to sit in a long line. The lights and music were amazing! Our kids loved the singing Christmas tree!

We got season passes when they were on sale, so I'm not too bad dissatisfied with our trip. The lazy river had no floats to spare, so it wasn't very lazy. The Bahama Bob sled is a very fun family rode, but the line takes well over an hour for.one trip down since the floats have so many issues riding the conveyer belt back up. Kids loved the wave pool, and the splash area/skull island are very cute. Several rides closed, but I'm not sure if that would have helped to line issues?

First off, let me say this definitely not worth spending a day or half of that trying to find a manager in the park when everyone says on a busy Saturday, which normally there are managers around the park there are no managers. Absolutely terrible employee awareness, concern, and recognition of a customer issue that seems to be, not just in this instance but in other situations. Let me tell you this do not buy a flash pass at the park. You will be very misinformed and lead to believe that buying the ultimate which is $125 plus an $85 deposit on a watch, you will get back when you return allow you to skip the line in front of other flash pass guest who have premium which is the middle and standard these. When you deal with children who pretty much work at this park, you get unresolved issues and get run all around all over the place trying to find general managers of some caliber in the park when dealing with the customer complaint or they would rather get security on you when the situation doesn’t even warrant. Overall, beware when you do buy a flash pass because though we spent an extra $125 plus the $85 on the ultimate flash pass we had to wait in line and we’re not able to cut in front of the line as they told us when we bought the passes, very deceptive tactics and it wasn’t until we met a Mr. Ingram who is the manager of food service at the town hall building where management seems to hide instead of walking around the park on a busy Saturday he was the one who was able to address the issue to rectify the situation and getting us a full refund of the passes as well as having the manager talk to us, provided us with free beverages and also gave us tickets to the holiday season Six Flags entry to Halloween or the holiday season access. It honestly would be better for Six Flags to have one tier of a flash pass that benefits paying extra, and just having everyone have the same band across-the-board, and not the tears because the lifeguards and other ride entry attendance are not aware of the policy of the flash pass and can’t hold Any account what belongs to what you end up standing in a line of flash people once your bracelet is scanned and it really doesn’t benefit you to pay all that money to have a an ultimate flash pass just get a standard and by the time you get through the fast pass it will be time for you to ride. Also, you will pay $30 for parking so unless you are a season-ticket holder, will you get benefits from the park because entry is about $70 plus $30 for parking plus fast pass tears from about 1.25 and below. Mr. Ingram, who definitely should be considered for an assistant park manager overall definitely helps to rectify the situation and also provide some sort of understanding of how the flash pass would be beneficial which definitely needs to be when there are more than a couple hundred people in the park when there is a park full of people that is sold out that is when the pass comes into benefit

All the staff were so friendly! I saw this life guard and with her quick decision she was able to help this little boy out when he looked like he was struggling from the dragon tail ride. I haven’t been here since I was 7. I am now 31 and man let me tell you I felt like a kid again. Thank you guys my family really enjoyed themselves today!

We went to the World of illumination. It was absolutely fantastic. The lights were so beautiful and went so well to the music that they played. We did not wait too long when we were going through the line to enter and we literally went two days before they were ending the light show. We also got the four pack 3-D glasses Which some of the kids enjoyed but some of them didn’t like them they just wanted to watch them without the 3-D glasses. Definitely doing this again next year.
