We had so much fun!! We had our nephews' bday party 🥳 and we had so much fun! After 8 pm they have a glo in the dark party and it's even more fun!

This place is huge, tons of kids running around, total chaos, and seemed understaffed at the check-in counters. They had dodgeball, basketball, giant bounce zones, foam pit you can dive into, private rooms for parties, and some food for sale. It’s super loud, anyone with hearing of visual sensory issues beware and take precautions. The staff who are there try hard and are accommodating. We’ve been a lot for kids parties, works out very well for that. You get several hours for your party.

The staff had no clue about what they were doing. We spend almost 20 minutes waiting for a party check in (and all that time the girl was with the same group of people). The food was way too seasoned! For me this was the first and last time there.

Skyzone cutler bay 10 of out 10 ,I recently scheduled the wrong day for my sons outing with friends I came in to reassure the day I needed was okay to come in I was told yes after leaving I received a call from management just to reassure me that all will be well when I came in ,when I arrived I was greeted by staff ,asking me have I filled out waiver to advance my time at the cashier ,I was greeted my James once again and he made me feel welcome and excited to be here ,customer service is huge for me ,I felt as though my son and his friends were in the backyard enjoying themselves ,thank you James and staff amazing customer service ,I will definitely be back

Packed and messy, the employees ignore kids if not accompanied by an adult their request WILL be ignored. (cash in hand it doesn’t matter) last time we went to this dusty location a kid was throwing up on the trampoline section and another was wiping his nose on the cotton square plushies from the jump pit. Also countless machines are OUT OF ORDER or just not even plugged in! Point being, it’s over priced and unhygienic. Much rather take my daughter ANYwhere else. Food sucks too and the slushee machines seem to always be down on whichever flavor in particular u want.
