My kid loves this place. Staff is friendly and make sure the children are safe while playing. Bathrooms are clean. We got the monthly pass and go there 3-4 times a week - sometimes on weekdays and sometimes on weekends. Always see all the kids having fun.

Overpriced, overcrowded, and nothing to eat or drink. Very bland, lame, and industrial environment. This place used to be a lot more fun and family friendly. Both me and my kids were very disappointed in what it is now. The front desk really pushes the monthly subscriptions. This is where you take the kids when the weather isn't nice enough to be outside. Definitely not somewhere you would go on a weekly basis, let alone subscribe to. It's not terrible, but this place needs a lot of work.

Big thank you to Jen, and other staff members for rescuing my cell phone that fell below the trampolines while trying to help my three year old that couldn’t get back up from the black pit. I know it’s not their first priority since it was my fault but they diligently helped me get it back before I left. Also to note - it was very clean atmosphere, with a staff member always watching the kids. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you.

I had the misfortune of purchasing jump passes for Freefall (the previous owners) a few weeks before they closed abruptly. I called SkyZone hoping these passes would be honored. A good business would take this as an opportunity to gain/retain a customer, but instead I was told to try to contact the previous owners for my money back a.k.a mission impossible. I understand the previous business closed abruptly and that they are not affiliated in any way. But, I would’ve appreciated some middle ground, even a discount for jump sessions if they could not honor the jump passes. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was courteous and empathetic, but whoever owns this location should’ve had a better plan in place to account for loose ends of the previous location.

My 5 yo loves meeting his cousins for some jump time. We have been to the location on Schonersville Rd and Baglyos Cir in Bethlehem. Both locations are great, but Schonersville Rd has tickets to earn other prizes from the games. Baglyos Cir has a better kids area for kids 5 and under. Even if their games are just that and difficult to win any of the prizes from the claw games.
