I was tricked into buying a membership the girl told me it would be cheaper to get the membership as opposed to a a regular ticket because we got their 1 hr before the neon glow night, So I agreed she didn’t not explain to me I would be locked into paying 3 months which is over $100 for 3 kids. She also told me I could call and cancel after a month. I called to cancel the membership and the manager says I still have another month to pay “Unfortunately “ … A Joke! The gag is I Cancelled my card, you won’t get another dime from me. Train your staff properly instead of having them out here lying and leading people on

Thank you Skyzone for a great party experience! We had 21 kids jumping and all had a great time. We chose the Elite Package for the arcade cards, which kept the kids entertained while waiting for all the sign waiver, etc. Thank you to team member Chloe for being a great help/room party hostess!

Took my oldest son and his friends here to glow in the dark jump on the weekend. The price is reasonable, $29.99 for 2hrs and you get a glow in the dark shirt in your choice of color, I think they had neon green and hot pink. Lockers are $5 and they have a concession stand. They run the glow in the dark jump from 9pm-11pm but lock the doors at 9:30pm, which is nice. Not to mention there is an officer stationed inside.

Sky Zone in Schererville was really crowded. It was Saturday 2/22/25. I saw several kids get knocked down from other kids running through the facility. A pregnant woman was run onto at least twice. I didn't see one employee attempt to stop them from running. I have been there on other occasions and never witnessed the running like I did this time. Some of the runners were at least in their teens. Like I said there didn't seem to be any effort to curtail the running. Even after several kids were knocked down. My 5 year old grandson was knocked down twice and the kids didn't even stop. I was very disappointed in the crowd control

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sky Zone, and I must say, my experience was greatly enhanced by one of the staff members, Tayshawn. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and the various activities available. Tayshawn greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain the different zones and attractions, ensuring we understood how everything worked. His enthusiasm for the park was infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely enjoys his job. He patiently answered all of our questions, providing tips on how to make the most of our visit. Throughout our time there, Tayshawn continued to check in with us, making sure we were having a great experience and offering assistance whenever needed. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference in our day. Thank you
