This place is terrible. When I came in with both and older child and a very young toddler, absolutley NO mention was made that the toddler area was closed and torn apart. So basically I paid full price for a 1 year old that wasn't able to play on anything safely. When I asked at the front desk the apathetic teenager shrugged and suggested I write an email. So I did and received no response. So, to recap- I paid 65ish dollars (we had to also buy socks) for 1 child to play, and for 1 to walk around. This place is filthy to boot. NEVER AGAIN, and I reccomend you don't either.

I tried to take my kids here last weekend and they were closed, no biggie, things happen. But now I've been trying to plan ahead and call but no one answers the phone, there's no info on the phone tree or website about them being closed but no tickets available to purchase on the website. The only info on their Facebook page is about anniversary Crocs. It should not be this difficult to find out if a business is open!

We've had the monthly passes for the kids and they always enjoy this place. Staff have always been accommodating and courteous.

This place is great to bring the kids and have a family night of jumping, zip-lining, basketball dunking, arcade, foam pits, glow nights, and a simple yet affordable food court. The staff are all pretty much teenagers who were pretty behind the scenes for the most part. The place was pretty dirty and trashy and I have pics to prove it. The night I went here and jumped my girlfriend lost my iPhone in the big foam pit. The different shifts of teenagers would not help me look for it in any way and told me to bring my own help and come around closing time to look for it. Took me 3 days and 3 separate trips with the help of several of my own family members to finally find it while the staff just stood on the sidelines and humbly watched us grown ups sweat are butts off for an hour…
