****We would not recommend booking a party here if you are looking for a hassle-free experience and a confident, dedicated party host who ensures an exceptional celebration. We recently celebrated our son’s 6th birthday at your Greensboro location. While he had a wonderful time with his friends, we wanted to share some concerns about our overall experience during the party. For the price we paid and the expectations set for a hassle-free party, our experience unfortunately fell short. Our assigned party host seemed quiet and timid throughout the event, which made it difficult for guests to hear her unless they leaned in. She even mentioned that handling larger parties has been a challenge for her. After three months in her role, I had hoped she would be more confident in ensuring everything went smoothly. While we did tip her, it was out of empathy rather than satisfaction with her performance. Party hosting may not be the best fit for her at this stage, and I believe she could greatly benefit from shadowing a more experienced host to build her skills and confidence. Additionally, I spoke with the owner prior to our event and was disappointed by the lack of concern about the issues we discussed beforehand. This, combined with the day-of challenges, left us feeling let down by the overall energy and customer service provided. We chose your venue with high expectations and truly hoped for a more seamless and enjoyable experience. I wanted to share this feedback to help improve future events and ensure a better experience for other families.

My daughter had a blast here! Everything going on is well regulated by the staff. The staff is friendly and helpful. The park itself was very clean and well maintained. There is a snack bar with many options. There are several options available with regard to the amount of time your child can play. All options are very reasonably priced. There is a slide, basketball court. Slam dunk basketball hoops, dodgeball area, to name a few. This was a great experience for my daughter, and we will go again soon!!

This was my first time ever going to a Sky Zone and I was impressed. I decided to book a party for my daughter and our host was Tori. Tori was amazing! She was very helpful, kind and very hands on. I liked the way she already had the kids plates out and asked the kids for their food/drink preferences. The kids felt like they were big kids ordering in a restaurant. Overall the experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know about this place. Thank you Sky Zone for giving my daughter the party of her dreams!

Took the kids to jump for my 6 year olds bday. They had a blast. The place is clean and well kept. The only complaint is it's a bit pricey but what isn't now days.

We attended a birthday party here today. The staff were amazing! My son enjoyed playing basketball. It was so much fun watching them slide from the bleachers. We will be back! Update: We came back and brought both kids. I can’t brag on their staff enough. How sweet is she to help with her socks.
