Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and we were so happy with everything! We got the gold package which included 16 jumpers and 24 observers. We still had two jumper tickets left, and they gave us passes to bring the kids back so they didn't go to waste! The kids had a blast jumping and playing on the obstacle course. The package came with a private Dodge ball game on the trampolines. We also got a private room with a hostess who literally did everything and was so sweet! I am so that I cannot remember her name, but she was awesome (the party was for Charlotte on 12/21/24 if y'all read this and that tells you who it was. If possible, I wanted to pass along how awesome she was)! We had three pizzas and two pitchers of beverages, plus they provided everything such as cups, plates, napkins etc. We walked in with the cupcakes... That's it. They did everything else! This was amazing for the price! We searched many trampoline places and this was my far the best deal. I highly recommend this place for a birthday party!

You buy tickets for kids. We arrive only to be told after driving an hour that you now not only need to buy socks (pretty standard) but now you are required to wear hi-vis clothing. Now if you would think of course employees would be wearing it ..wrong. If you have a dress code you could have easily informed us at checkout. But it all felt like a scam.

I would like to say that Sky Zone in Lafayette La. Is a place that I could not even imagine when I was a child. There are so many different things to do you cannot get bored. The business was a clean as a restaurant and there are plenty of staff to keep an eye on the young children. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as an entertainment destination for the entire family.

Poor customer service, Very unorganized place of establishment. There were water leaks everywhere. The place was clean but They do not sanitize anything. First point of contact in any area of the trampoline, you get rash. For the food, they wait till its your schedule time to eat, to start preparing the food and there were no utensils to use to portion out the food! 1st and last time coming here. They need an emergency remodel. The reason for my review is for corporate to see this and make changes, not to bash them! They have potential ,you just have to love what you do. I mean this in the most humble way

Great place to take your kids and have fun. Indoor trampoline park that is huge. Prices are good and my kids had so much fun. This is the perfect park to get yourself and kids together. Even better when the weather gets colder and I want to take my kids out for a fun activity.
