Great place to have a party. Staff was attentive, helpful and made hosting easy. We had a great private space, food, and even our own private game. Also, the manager. martin, was kind and helpful. All the kids had the best time!

Sky Zone in Elmhurst is an exceptional place to have fun! The staff is incredibly respectful and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The trampolines are top-notch, offering endless fun for all ages. The facility is impressively clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. On top of that, the service is outstanding—fast, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this location for a great time!

It's definitely something the kids like. It's alot of jumping and bouncing all over! Alot of different obstacles for them, basketball, dodge ball, and they also have a food court. The 3 stars come from the fact it's not cleaned alot. I seen a ton of dirt and crap all over the slides and stuff. I would like to know the last time things were wiped down. Especially being post covid. The one thing they do that's good is making the kids take shoes off. It's very lack in employees to monitor what the kids are up to. That's your job. ENJOY YO!!

My kids always have a blast. Areas are kept up with. Lamar at the snack stand was very nice!

Worst place ever visited. Arrived at 11:30 AM and purchased tickets from 12PM to 1:30PM. At 1:10PM Raquel, one of the managers there, came and told us to leave because we purchased it at 11:30 AM and the time is counted since we purchased the ticket, doesn’t matter if in our receipt is listed till 1:30 PM. She told us like ten times “your time is over and you need to leave”. I also spoke with Cassandra, an other manager, she told us to leave and if we have any questions to call the corporate. They can’t do nothing. Never go to this place again! Zero stars!!!!
