Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Do Note Come Here. Go to any other trampoline park like Big Air There are far better trampoline parks than this one, even sky zones in other locations. This particular place is very bad. First they make you buy their socks even if you already have trampoline socks. Second, the employees walk around with a type of attitude that puts tension in the air. Out of the 40 kids at the park there was only 1 person on the actual trampolines. And for good reason. They are so strict on how you can jump, which direction your allowed to jump and other ridiculous rules that aren't at any other park. The trampoline also feels weak . You are better off just going to Big air, or Defy, or even Sky Zone Gastonia. At least jumping will be fun and there are more things to do. I will never be back here. My son spent almost the whole time swinging which was about the best thing to do here...don't waste your money. Oh and the price over the phone is wrong, it's not $20 it's $26.99 which is literally $3 more than Bur Air and Big air has way more space and things to do

Our experience at Sky Zone was incredibly disappointing, especially since we traveled with two toddler kids expecting a fun day out. The staff’s communication was terrible—rules were unclear, and no one seemed to agree on what was communicated at tickets. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for clarification, leaving us frustrated and confused. It felt like they were making up rules on the spot rather than providing consistent and fair guidelines. This lack of professionalism made the outing stressful instead of enjoyable, particularly with young kids involved. I would not recommend this place until they improve their communication and train their staff to treat guests with respect. Let me know if you’d like to adjust it further!

I came to the place with my daughter, at 7:35, where they close at 8 pm. First time I go to a place that requires you to bring your socks from the place. I go to ask for the receipt to make a review and to my surprise the cashier had charged me more! I steal! I asked to speak to the manager who was rude, showing his anger with the customer, remember it is a FAMILY place! FOR CHILDREN! The least you can be is nice! Oh to finish they told me that I could not jump with my socks, but the cashier had charged me for them WITHOUT GIVING THEM TO ME! BAD PLACE FOR YOUR CHILDREN!! The manager should be the example of the site! No wonder his employees ROB FROM CUSTOMERS AND DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS!

I came here for my son's birthday, when my husband tried to jump with our son (who was scared about jumping on a trampoline for the first time) a rude employee yelled at him and said he had to jump on a complete opposite side. No one told us before that adults and kids can't jump together (even in a secluded spot). A manager (in the pic) and someone named Kai came out and got extremely rude to us after we requested our money back. We had a party of 11 with 5 kids this costed $350 and no one got to jump. I'm never coming back! UPDATE: They're using our personal information from the waivers to reach out to our employers and leaving fake reviews.

My daughter enjoys coming here and I never had issues. Manager Aaron is always nice and professional always making sure that kids and caregivers are attended and safe. I see Aaron talking to employees and providing feedback! Thank you for such great customer service!
