Sky Zone Trampoline Park

First time here for some jump time for my 3 year old and 7 year old. I got the basic package to try it out and although the employees that worked there were nice we didn't get any introduction or given any instruction once we were given our wristbands. It would have been nice for more signs that gave an idea of what was available for the different packages or a walk around of the area we were supposed to be in. There was no supervision of the older kids and they came in groups thrashing into the "Toddler Area/ Little Kids Area" I felt that was just unbelievable. You sign a waiver that eliminates any fault to the company for any accidents/ injuries and agree to abide by the "Rules" set forth in the waiver and then it was like it didn't matter once you go into the jump areas. I didn't feel safe with my kids here and it's very discouraging when this could have been a great experience with a little common courtesy.

Since my son has had his birthday party at this location... I've had nothing but positive and most polite experience here. My son has gotten the membership for 3 months free unlimited pass, nothing but awesome experience. Today, I brought my son to jump with 2 of his cousins and Edgar, one of the managers assisted me, very polite, with a smile, overall 5 stars. Thank you for making the kids day!! 💯😊 Let's just say... I've been blessed 3 times coming here!! 🙏 it's truly a blessing 🙌 and the kids love coming here... not all are Fortunate to afford to.come, these kids really appreciate it getting out the house. 💯❤️🙏🙌

This place was so amazing!!! We were greeted with only smiles and good vibes and when we left they wished us a “jumptastic night”!! The manager, Albert, was the definition of on top of it. He got us signed in, waivers signed and with socks in record time. We were jumping in 5mins flat. He let us choose the color of socks and everything. Albert was beyond kind and helpful. (His hair was also very nicely done!) One of the workers, Miranda, was funny and very patient with us. She helped us debate which ice cream to get for easily 20+ minutes with nothing a smile on her face. The entire staff was amazing, very kind and welcoming. There were little kids jumping and the staff was very attentive to their safety. Every time I looked up there was a staff member watching the different zones. The entire place was very clean with staff continuously cleaning throughout the night. The seating areas were clean and well spaced out. Also huge with lots to do, way bigger than I expected. 10/10 you will be seeing me jump again

Kids love this place. Food prices are a bit steep, but that's the same at all establishments like this. The manager Michael was great. All the Staff at the front desk and food counter are nice and helpful.

First of all the place is nice. It looks clean and it's well maintained. They have lots of attendants around to help and to keep everyone following the rules. They have a small snack bar and drinks. Lockers are $5 for 3 hours and I think it was $10 for all day. Shoes and other non valuables can go on a rack for free. My only issue was you HAVE to wear their socks. On the website I saw sky zone socks but I didn't see that they were required. They're $5 so that's not TOO terrible, I will say we asked for an accommodation for my son with disabilities and they were happy to do so which we were very grateful for. 5 stars guys, thank you!!!
