Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Hillsboro location is terrific, super friendly and helpful check-in staff, spotless- floors, equipment, everything was clean. The place even smelled clean. Many staff on site to supervise. Several birthday party rooms. We have a been a few times and the Noise level is more balanced and not as frantic as at some other sites. Nice even and open floor space for grownups who want to walk around, but also plenty of comfy chairs too.

It's Christmas break 2024 and the park is packed. The staff are vigilant, proactive and polite. As an adult observer I appreciated the open layout, visibility and attention to safety. I was pleasantly surprised by the array and spacing for such a variety of play areas. The spacing and ease of access to walkways for parents and children was really nice. The couches are refreshing for a play area. I thought the age range would allow for the little ones to be overlooked but every interaction I saw was with cordial awareness and best behaviors. We had a fun time.

Took my 3 year old for the first time today. Midweek is the best time to go as it isn’t crowded. Got a membership as it wasn’t much more than a one day pass. Perfect way to let my little one run off some energy.

Of course the place can be a bit nutty with kids running around nonstop, but that's sort of the point. I do appreciate how open the space is, it's easy to spot your kiddos from a distance (bright clothing does help!) and it's great that there's so much nearby seating available for parents, around the entire facility. I can jump and play, or sit back and work, read or just chill while still being close to the kids. I took away a couple stars because the overall customer service could really use some improvement. Thank goodness there is minimal interaction with employees because no one who works there really seems excited or happy to be there, let alone ready to help. I just signed up for an Elite membership so we've gone 3 out of the last 4 days and the effort displayed across team members across the various roles has been dismal. I think there could be more enthusiasm and sense of urgency at the front desk and at the food stand. The food stand took 45+ mins for a pizza today. I overheard co workers talking to each other, asking for others to switch with them to get off the concession stand, because "they were just supposed to be covering for someone" - so perhaps they had a staffing shortage today, but each day it seems like there are a ton of people standing around / walking around, but nobody really doing anything. The tables could be continuously wiped down throughout the day, and the facility itself needs a good deep cleaning (although it generally maintained OK). The bathroom was out of soap and messy/wet. Lastly, I think it would mean a lot to have the entrance doors automated!! It's very tough for the handicap to get through the doors w/o assistance - as well as solo moms with strollers!! You would need a wider entrance then, as well. Thanks for reading!

Has this place ever been good? It's definitely gone downhill since the name change. Staff doesn't care and there is definitely some sketchy stuff going on. Imagine my delight when I took my kid and some friends and bought a one month pass for the summer only to discover I have been charged every month since then for all 5 kids and random other payments. Haven't stepped foot in there since July and will never again.
