Had a birthday party here recently. All the kids had a blast. We wanted to bring ice cream to go with the big birthday cookie and cupcakes but was told "absolutely not we don't allow ice cream it gets too messy" HOWEVER THEY HAVE A HUGE FREEZER BY CONCESSIONS AND YOU CAN BUY ICE CREAM!!! then they screwed up at the end and charged us the balance due ON THE WRONG PARTY and had to refund the transaction and do a new one. Overall I'd just go elsewhere next time for sure.

It's a good place for kids. Staff does not do their jobs and make bigger kids be mindful of the little kids. Staff stay on their phones constantly. Not just one or two but 90% of the staff is in their phones and not doing their jobs. When it is brought to the managers attention he antagonized me asking so allll of the staff is on the phones. Waste of money to buy a year pass and company does not fulfill their end. Photos added are after they were told to stay off their phones. Great management.

Amazing flawless and such a smooth party, my son had so much fun and so did his friends. Our party host Janessa was so kind, went above and beyond and super attentive. Will def be coming back. Michelle has such an awesome staff and does a great job running things.
