Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My kids were here for a sports clinic. When I arrived I immediately noticed a layer of dirt on the entire place. I saw foam pits with nasty dirty foam. Nasty dirty balls. This is pink eye waiting to happen to a concerned mother. There were attractions down. The kitchen didn’t look clean enough to feed an animal let alone a child. There was dirt and trash inside the ice cream cooler. The arcade was nice and the kids enjoy the trampolines but a thorough cleaning should fix the issue. I’ve also smelled sewage near the kitchen. Overall the place is a little bit run down. Besides the trampolines it’s not a comfortable place to be.

My kids overall enjoyed their time there. Being my first time at this location, I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. The floor was extremely sticky for some reason, the bathroom only “smelled” clean, it was nasty. The area where the food is prepared, purchased and eaten was poorly kept.

I had my son party here today. We had a great time we just didn’t have our decorations set up in the room that I had paid for. What they can do better is just be more mindful that it’s someone birthday so the decorations is important. Other than that it was a great experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Sky Zone location is absolutely filthy, understaffed, and in desperate need of repairs. It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here. The concession stand was just as bad—unsanitary conditions, undercooked food, and overall a terrible experience. I would strongly advise against hosting an event or bringing your child here until they get this place up to standard. Save your time and money—go elsewhere!

Very horrible experience. Booked for a party for 3:30-5:30 and we’re supposed to get the room from 4:30-5:30. and didn’t get the room at all. Was told originally we were gonna have to extend the room and still pay but all of our guests had left at this point already. (6:00-6:30) After back and forth, they finally decided we didn’t have to pay the remaining balance. Very hungry kids, very disappointed parents. Thank you Angel and Russ for all your help but after this experience, we definitely won’t be back.
