The staff that were walking the floors looked less than enthused to be there. No eye contact, didn’t want to help and not enforcing any of the rules. I’m not a stickler for rule following but there are high stakes in a place like this and something really bad can happen to a kid. The reason we drove all the way to this Sky Zone was for the “ninja” course. My kids couldn’t even do it because there were kids just having out on the obstacles. The front desk person however was helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The first time I came here with my 2 and 4 year old for toddler time was very enjoyable, but today it was much less so. The one employee working the play area this morning would not stop following us around and breathing down our necks. I 100% get it when it's busy with a bunch of teenagers you need to keep a close eye on things to make sure they are staying safe. But when it's me, my wife, and my little kids, and we're the only ones around, it's just creepy. He went as far as to be in the middle of where my girls were running around on the trampolines, causing my 2 year old to have to stop on a dime to avoid running into him, nearly tripping her. I was about to go confront him when I turned around and didn't see him anymore. Turned out he was actually crouching behind the rules sign, completely out of sight! Presumably trying to read the rules to bust us for something, but of course he didn't find anything. It is not cool to be a paying customer and to be incessantly harassed by an employee. If we ever come back, I will walk in first to ensure that kid is not the one working, or I will turn around and leave. Keep in mind our kids are well behaved, they are not overly rambunctious, and we were literally the only ones in there for the first 30 minutes or so.

Good and small place, nice for small kids (up to 6yo), after that it is too small. Not many older kids, which makes it safer for smaller kids.

Really enjoy taking my kids here. As it can get quite crowded, it's still a great place to burn off some energy. On Saturdays from 8-10am kids under 6 get the place to themselves. It makes it quite nice for the little ones to not be worried about bigger kids. Great experience

We hosted a birthday party here. It was pretty good overall, and my kiddo had a good time with his friends. I would have given them 4 stars, but their follow-up and customer service were poor. A gift was missing from one of our guests, and I called them to inquire what happened. I even spoke with a manager who told me he would get back to me, and 3 weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. Update: Today we attended a birthday party. I want to give major kudos to Ben, who kept the kids in line and safe, which made it a pleasant experience. I don't know if we will host another birthday here, but it was nice to finally see employees actually care!
