I enjoyed coming here with my nephews and son. The nephews also brought their two cousins. One of the bathrooms was out of order when I came. But the other bathroom was open. Prior reviews of this place complain of it being dirty and run by teenagers. But I do think it has improved. I no longer come to this trampoline park because I moved up to Everett. So now I go to flying squirrel up there. Being that I have been to four different trampoline parks, such as sky zone, flying squirrel, altitude, and elevated sports, I would say that sky zone is the second best. The reason why I say that is because altitude is small and elevated doesn’t allow kids under three to jump on the trampolines. Flying Squirrel is better than sky zone because they have a bigger arcade and an inflatables play area for the Littles. Flying squirrel also has rock climbing and they are building a miniature golf course at the moment. But sky zone is still worth a visit. They have a swing, zipline, a huge slide and more areas to jump in a foam pit then flying squirrel. Price-wise, they are all in the same range of $20-$30.

It's gotten a lot better than it was last year. Used to be ran by teenagers that could care less and smelled heavily of pee. This year it's still ran by teenagers but at least nicer ones and it's much cleaner. Wish I had more pics but hard to take without being creepy. A ton of floor trampolines plus other areas for different sports and swinging. We ended up keeping our membership since it got better.

Very disappointed with the lack of service we received while throwing a party for my granddaughter here. The girl that was assisting with the party did absolutely nothing for us. When we found out that there were only 2 large pizzas being served for 20 people I asked the girl if we could get a few more pizzas since the size of the pizzas were more like your standard medium size pizzas. She proceeded to tell me to go downstairs and stand in line to place my order and that it most likely won’t be don’t in time. Excuse me? I’ve not been told to go do this myself at the many other places a I’ve had parties at before. I went downstairs stood in line and placed the order. I asked the guy behind the cash register if they could rush it and if they could bring it upstairs. Which they did. We had been told that there would be a person upstairs with is that would help to serve the pizza and cake as well as clean up. None of this was done. She basically stood there on her phone and did nothing nor offered to help with any of these things. When we had originally arrived we were given a cart for the presents to be placed in and these would be up in the party room when it was our turn in the party room. They were not there. In fact, when it was questioned where the presents were the girl told my daughter that she could bring them upstairs if she wanted to. So that is what we did. We brought up our own stuff from the cart. I’ve never been or held a party at a facility such as this that did not assist with the serving if the food, obtaining additional food/drinks, or even cleaning up before. I don’t understand what we paid all that additional money for. It definitely was not worth the additional expense. We will not be holding anymore parties at sky zone and I cannot recommend this to others either.

Here's one for the lawyers. Product Liability. SKYZONE Don't cover up the signs... impossible to read. I saw 3 kids jump with straight legs off this obstacle, I ask dumb teenager on duty if pencil-straight legs was safe approach. Duh its Not but he stood back and ignored helping these young kids who repeat the wrong form over and over. DUDE give better instructions. HELP keep our kids safe from blown out knees or worse. PUT a picture of the 'land on your seat' sign on the landing pad so kids see before jumping. I know we sign waivers, but do your part Sky Zone.

12/2024 - more repairs! New mats on the three side trampolines. They are trying! Floor cleaning and bathrooms remain challenged. Moving up another star to 3. Another Update (11/2024,final floor photo): no equipment or areas out of service! Props on that. But my goodness, hire a professional cleaning service already. The staff is disinterested in running the facility, let alone cleaning it. The floors are gross, but the bathrooms are worse than Honey Bucket portable stalls. Business owner, please come to your business and evaluate how your facility is being maintained. Due to the equipment repairs, upping rating to 2 stars. Update: still not cleaning effectively. Buts of trash all over the place. Bathrooms are filthy, photos added from a Sunday at opening. At $28+ for entry, how is this business not investing in the facility or workforce. Employees appear actively disengaged and disinterested. -- Not many competitors in the indoor trampoline park venue space. The result is a generally dirty and poorly kept facility. They have addressed conditions that would be dangerous, but frequent vacuuming would do wonders. Bathrooms are always dirty and recently the soap dispensers are failing. A majority of the staff are disengaged or disinterested, not all, but most. Many times you can find six people behind the front desk with none attempting to help a customer. Monthly membership is the same as one day, that's a positive I guess, unless you are only interested in one day. To cap it off, now the facility can be entirely rented out and members are not notified. Staff admitted that no notification and no attempt at notification is made. The staff were not aware of how to communicate the customer impact, so here I am sharing.
