Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Dear Parents, I want to share a warning about a slide at Sky Zone. My daughter visited for the first time, and while using this slide, she did not landed safely and suffered a nondisplaced fracture in her upper right arm, involving the proximal humerus. Please make sure to remind your kids to be extra cautious on this slide. I’ve attached a video for your reference. Stay safe!

Dirty, crowded and the space is way too small. This is a ripoff! I am going to wait for the Walnut Creek location! Do not get a membership!!! Not worth it.

Great kids entertainment! Has a couple unique structures (love the giant slides).Food is pricey. Son says the trampolines are not bouncy enough. Customer service is friendly. Overall, fun place.

The facility is overall very dirty. All the people who clean look like very young teenagers. My kid seems to have fun though. However, the employees are very disrespectful of your personal space, and will often come to you to ask if you have the wristband. I understand they are trying to keep the place safe, but every time I go, one staff member will ask me to show them the wristband, and soon after, another one will too. This happens to me every single time I go. I just don’t understand why they have to ask again when they already ask at the check in. In short, the place is very dirty, and employees will make you feel very uncomfortable. I’ve cancelled my membership, and will not be coming back.

Overpriced. Overcrowded. Barely worth it. Water fountains are broken. They try to shove subscription down everyone’s throat. All claw machines are shitty n rigged to the max. Better off setting my 40 bucks on fire and then take my kids to a nearby park than go here.
