Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Needs a good cleaning, just dirty. First in for a Birthday party at noon, they were still getting the room ready, cleared the pizza boxes from the day before and used a dry paper towel to brush the stuff off the table and counters followed by putting the table clothes down ( no sweeping or cleaning where you put your food) bandaid on the floor with blood on it, watched 2 workers walk right over it, tissues from the day before. Very run down.

Place was great. We got there while they had a large party, but we still had a great time. Place was clean and staffed. We did have one young man who was amazing. He coordinated a 1v1 game with my twins ( birthday boys) and friends that we brought. He also judged a slam dunk contest for them. A great ambassador! However, I inquired about his name and no one knew it because he was a new employee. He did a great job, and really made the visit go from good to great.

I recently got a membership for my 10yo daughter and added myself onto it for a very reasonable price. We've gone like 5 times already and she loves it. The facility is clean. The staff are nice very much present on the jump floor which is awesome and comforting. We've gone when they've had big birthday parties going on and other times when there's less of a crowd, and had a great time everytime. Id give them 6 stars if I could fr.

Definitely the last time we would go to the Springdale location. Close this place down PLEASE!! The lady was amazing at the counter and I told her that she has a bright future ahead of her. The complex is no where near comparable to the Florence location. Boring and it does t have what the website displays. Save your money and head elsewhere. These 4 girls I brought with my daughter ran past me 9 or more times Because it’s just that little to do in there.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They lock their doors early and close early without notice. The facility is poorly maintained and clean. Do not purchase a membership because it seems they are going out of the business. We bought a membership and this happened twice in 4 days we’ve tried within a week. Workers do not seem to care. They get to leave work early.
