Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Went to the Glow 8-10pm. For 2 kids, it was under $70. They have an obstacle course, trampoline, dodge ball, basketball dunk, and a few video games. They did have a snack area, but it was closed. There were only 2 tables out (8 total seats). They did have a party room. The staff was nice. The parking lot isn't huge.

If you want to spend 85 dollars for you and your husband to be told no jumping no sitting no holding your baby and no having fun, by a bunch of 16 year olds then this is the place for you! Also with all the safety precautions they are taking by yelling at people while they’re having fun you think they’d clean up the very large ladder and other dangerous equipment laying around for kids to hurt themselves.

This place went downhill fast. Showed up today with a few kids anxious to jump and waited over 5 minutes at the front counter before being acknowledged, while the place wasn't really busy. They eliminated the foam pit for some reason and replaced it with some video games and the space feels empty. If we wanted video games would have went somewhere else. Urban Air is much better!

We chose Sky Zone for our daughter’s birthday and were very disappointed with the service and overall experience. They were short staffed and the place on that day was run by very young people who appeared to be overwhelmed and lacked any urgency and much needed composure to handle things on a busy day. I think they definitely overbooked parties with the number of staff and experience level. For example, it took more than 30 min just for our guests to check-in and everything thereafter was delayed and disorganized. I will definitely not book another party at this location. They need to hire some experienced adults to manage things.
