Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We went in to sky zone for a birthday party at the maple grove location and upon our arrival we were greeted by staff members and was told our party host would be right with us. Once our party host came she brought us to the party room and from there it was all good vibes. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The park was very clean and the food so yummy. To be honest I was expecting the food to be good but the it differently exceeded my expectations 10/10!!!! The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. Lastly my overall experience at Sky zone maple grove was tons of fun!!! Great staff, great location!!!!

Went there for some fun with my two year old. We mainly stayed in toddler area. Needless to say there were a lot of older kids in the area. Parents aren't watching their kids Too many kids were bombarding my son in the toddler area. It was very concerning my child was singled out. Workers don't seem to enforce the age restriction in the toddler area. Needless to say we won't be back.

Sky zone really messed up when they schedule my room for my daughter's party. Instead of 16 kids. They did 15 and instead 1:30 to 3:30 they booked us for 2:00pm to 4pm. They didn't disclose that you have to jump for the 1st hour and the second hour you do the cake but you don't have access to the room until after the jumping. Because someone else can be using it.. They had this God awful Bright orange and Blue theme which I thought it would be too bad but for a little girls birthday party. It looks like a place to do sport betting. Luckily there was a dollar general near by. I quickly decorated the place with gold and sliver and the best part. My assistant that was there to service the party helped me when she didn't have to. God bless her. She turned the entire thing around by guiding us and the kids, with jump times, serving the pizza, handing out the cake and ice cream , if the kids wanted more pizza getting it. She made it amazing. I probably Won't try to do another party here but she definitely saved me. 28$ for each kid it was a little over 500$ not including decorations I bought..etc.

Couldn’t remember his name but he was so polite! I came in Sunday around 6pm and he was so welcoming to my kids and even the guests in front of us. I’ve never been to a place where the workers WANTED to host dodgeball and soccer for my kids. Asked my 5 year old if she wanted to join a game that was starting in a couple minutes. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! The team member really made me understand the value of the membership when I checked in, I was interested in the elite membership because my husband and I have 2year old kids, twins. So our total was around 65$ for 5 of us with socks! Super convenient, as far as I’m concerned we got the best deal and got guest passes, such good price line and deals here I totally recommend to any family’s in the area please visit this place it’s really one of a kind

Super fun place. Took my nephew here and we both had a blast. If I lived anywhere near one of these trampoline parks I would probably get a monthly membership. My only complaint is the employees look like they’re bored out of their minds and some even look pissed off. I mean you work at a place with a lot kids and you look like you hate kids. I tried to smile and interact with some of the staff and it was like pulling teeth. Most are teens, but you think they would try and have some fun. The refreshment bar sucks and is expensive. But you’re only jumping for a couple hours so we just left and got something to drink after.
