I am a monthly member and happy as can be. My daughter loves it and a good workout for us all. You can even buy the yearly pass for a much better price. Recommended!

We went for a birthday party. The staff were very nice, there was a server for the pizza and cake. She was very attentive to the kids and the adults too. My grandson had a lot of fun bouncing, he could decide what his favorite space was. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was that the kids got exactly one hour of bouncing and that was it. We got caught in a construction zone and were a half hour late. He was pretty disappointed that they couldn't go back out after and play more.

Get ready for a good time! Lots of kids, noise and chaos! Your children and grandchildren will love it!

Membership is worth every penny. I saved 20 bucks the first visit and every one after that was free under the membership. Awesome staff and fun for the kiddos

Overall, this is a fun place for kids. The staff were friendly and they honor a military discount on single passes (not on subscriptions). You must buy their orange jump socks. From the time we arrived to the time the kids got to jump was 45mins! You must fill out a waiver online first. The line was crazy long regard. They really need a quiet area for the parents to chill. They could make the upper area a bar area (kidding - sort of) and make tons of money doing that! Anyway, it's just a very OVERSTUMULATING place with so much noise, movement, and germs. I could only go maybe twice a year to stay sane. My 5yr old son got hurt a few times. Nothing terrible, but definitely got hurt. It's a battlefield in there! They do have safe toddler areas, but I was even seeing bigger kids being a bit rough. There are a lot of options for different challenges in there from dodgeball to freestyle, basketball, running up ramps, and diving into foam! They have a small area to eat in and a couple arcade games by the party room. Bathrooms were not so clean, but I can imagine how hard that could be to keep them clean with a packed place. Oh and there's a couple massage chairs by the front doors, but I would personally not be able to relax in there whatsoever.
