Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I love this location over the one closer to where we live. We became members a few months ago. I LOVE how Tasha always keeps my smallest child in check and safe. Patrick is always engaging with the kids of all ages and even spent some time with my oldest kid to help him do some flips and get comfortable with it.

We recently had a birthday party at Sky Zone however due to some communication errors we were somehow booked at a different location. I was so impressed with how Anthony and the rest of the Sky zone team went out of their way to make room for our daughter’s birthday party so we wouldn’t have to reschedule it or send our party guests to a different location. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and recommend this location for birthday parties. Thank you!

I have been taking my grandchild to SkyZone several days a week for over a year and we love going there! From the very first day, Tasha, Corey and Patrick were so friendly and welcoming! Now the entire team feels like family! You can tell by watching their interactions with everyone that comes in, that they have a high standard for excellent customer service and are committed to making sure all guest have a fun and safe experience! They also do a great job at keeping the facility very clean! I highly recommend Sky Zone Phoenix!

Took my 3 kids here for toddler time. I have a baby who wanted me to hold him and the kindest worker Patrick played with my kids, running around and showing them tricks. I was so thankful for the extra hand! I was also impressed with this locations cleanliness - esp clean bathrooms!

Used to enjoy coming here, but since they’ve been bought out by a corporation it hasn’t been the same experience. A couple of older employees in their 50s patrolling the floors are very unpleasant, especially the woman with a ponytail, her name is probably Tasha as other reviewer said. She’s like a guard dog. One of my kids had a pair of socks on other than the sky zone park, which actually provided wayyy better protection than theirs. That woman paged the person at the front desk to make sure we go there and buy their brand. She would constantly pass us by to see if my kid switched socks, but my two year old preferred the other brand more and would cry anytime we tried to change the socks. The woman wouldn’t leave us alone over these damn socks. Their prices went way up and even though we got there an hour and a half before closing, they still charged us $30 to jump. Not ever coming back again. Plus their not doing glow nights. New management sucks!!! This place is depressing and I will be surprised if it stays in business for long.
