Very clean place. We went at 11 am and it was empty. My kid had a blast jumping here. If you have other grippy socks, they're going to exchange it at no cost with Sky Zone grippy socks. There were ice cream, water, and various kinds of drinks available to purchase. There was also a candy box where kids could have one candy. I think a 90-minute pass is the best pass for kids under 8. The whole day pass is not worth it. Although it just costs a bit more than the 90-minute pass. The whole day pass might be better for the kids who are older with a lot of energy and stamina. I'm definitely going to recommend my friends and family. And we will be back soon.

We had a birthday party here and had never been here before. We weren’t sure what to expect but Chloe the party host was so helpful and friendly. Chloe truly made it a great experience! The kids had a blast jumping around. I was worried to have the party room after but it worked out fine they held everything at check-in. Check the promo codes and deals before booking they have so many. You can bring decor like table cloths and a banner as those were not provided, luckily 5 below is so close. My kiddo enjoyed his birthday here and so did the family.

Shout out to Gavin! He was very helpful while I was trying to find lost jackets. He was very patient and understanding. He really helped me out in our search and was able to give us some answers. I really appreciate your help! Also, our kids love this place!

If I could leave 0 I would. The sock police were out! I’ve never felt so monitored by a group of teens in my life. They kicked my 1 year old daughter off the trampoline because the “sky zone” socks were so big they wouldn’t stay on her feet. And we all know how babies are with socks. We used to love taking our two littles to sky zone. But it’s not what it used to be. Just a bunch of 16 year old kids policing the kids at an over priced place as it is. We will not be returning. Take my advice and just go to urban air instead. They won’t have a bunch of young teens telling what is best for your 1 year old child.

While the place is super cool inside, there is a staff members that was especially rude. My son didn’t understand what he had got in trouble for and why he was asked to leave the trampoline, so I asked the heavy set young blonde lady who he pointed out told him, she first rolled her eyes at me when I asked and told me she had already told my son, I explained he didn’t understand so I wanted to touch base so he could correct it, she finally relayed with huge attitude that he sat for too long after falling. I heard her talk like this to kids, adults and fellow staff members. Not a good look. Other staff were fun, kind in correcting the kids and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. I understand bad days, but this was a bit much.
