Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My 7-year-old granddaughter had a blast! Jumping, sliding, swinging, zipping and more. The FUN goes on for a full 90 minutes! That's plenty of time. Adults can walk around with their kids at no charge. OR buy a ticket and jump with them!

Awesome. We had our son’s fifth birthday party here and it didn’t disappoint. The trampoline park had so many things to do. Service was awesome. Jaden, who is the manager and also a party host was so professional, accommodating and on top of it. I was so impressed by him. Pizza was much better than most of these types of places and it was great that we were able to bring our own food as well. Overall great time and would absolutely recommend this for a bday party.

Overcrowded. Unsafe. Apathetic Staff. Too loud. Overcrowded: I've been to a few trampoline parks and I have never seen this many people jammed into one space. It really felt like an accident waiting to happen which leads me to: Unsafe: Accidents happen. And when they do, wow these kids get hurt, bad. It was really no surprise this was going to happen. When 2 kids collided in front of me, blood everywhere. Blood that was left in place for other kids to jump on because ... Apathetic Staff: Honestly? The people watching the floor? They need to be fired. One guy was doing absolutely nothing but swinging his ID badge around, nearly hitting kids, mine included. I wanted to wring his neck, but didn't want to ruin the party we were there for. The same staff couldn't be bothered to mop up the blood or close down the area with blood in it. Lazy and unsanitary. Same thing in the men's room - the lazy employee "cleaning" the restroom refused to restock paper towels when he was done. Too loud: the kids screaming are table stakes. It was the dang PA system and the employees screaming into it which made it absolutely impossible to hear what was being announced. I tried asking a few others if they understood what was just said and it was the same experience for them as well. Let this review be a warning to others who are planning on visiting. Avoid this place. We won't be returning.

They mentioned so pair of socks is 2.49, at register they said it’s excluded and charged me 5.59 plus tax. The fuel zone was closed intermittently due to orders. They just trap you for seduced ads and then empty your wallet. Wait time for a chicken tender is beyond 20 min.

Update: Their canned response is a lie! I already told the location I would be posting a review if I wasn't given a full refund. If you want my review taken down, CALL ME, and give me a full refund. Beware of Sky Zone Mission Viejo’s Dishonest Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Sky Zone Mission Viejo’s billing and customer service. After months of being charged for duplicate memberships, I discovered that Sky Zone had mistakenly set up unauthorized accounts in my name and for one of my children. Despite multiple emails and attempts to rectify the issue, their team repeatedly failed to acknowledge their error and refused to provide a full refund for the fraudulent charges. Sky Zone’s negligence in informing customers about duplicate accounts is unacceptable. Their billing system is clearly flawed, and instead of taking accountability, they dragged out the resolution process with slow responses and inadequate solutions. Even when I pointed out the issue multiple times, they insisted that I had signed up for these memberships—despite the fact that I NEVER authorized an account for myself and had only intended to maintain memberships for my three children. Instead of issuing a full refund, they attempted to placate me with an electronic gift card for a partial amount. When I requested copies of my check-in history and other documentation to support my case, they refused to provide the necessary information, making it clear they were unwilling to be transparent about their mistakes. After reading other online complaints, I realized I am not the only customer who has dealt with this type of issue at Sky Zone. Others have reported similar billing problems and a lack of resolution from customer service. This seems to be an ongoing problem that they have no interest in fixing. I strongly advise anyone considering a membership at Sky Zone to be extremely cautious. Check your billing statements regularly and always request physical copies of your check-in records to avoid being scammed. Their poor customer service, refusal to take responsibility for errors, and shady billing practices make this location completely untrustworthy. I urge others to think twice before signing up for anything with Sky Zone Mission Viejo.
