We had the best birthday party for my 9 year Old! So easy and we had to do no work! Highly recommend!

This place is a really fun and energetic experience for kids, teens and adults. It has a variety of trampoline experiences for everyone. My 8 year old son had the best time jumping and playing with his friends. I would give it a 5 star, but they did not have anything on the menu that catered to people with allergies. My son has nut, egg and sesame allergies and their pizza may contain eggs and they could not offer an alternative for his allegies.

Had my son's party here. The experience was ok. It didn't seem like our host knew what she was doing. As soon as the food was distributed she told me I had to go downstairs to finalize my bill, I couldn't sit down myself to eat. She then stalked the doorway waiting for me to follow her. They also said at check in they would have the party kids sign a shirt when they check in for the party, my son has 2 signatures on said shirt, we had 19 kids participating! My main complaint is the manager. One of my party jumpers had an accident where another kid was throwing punches at him. The manager claims to have watched the play back from it and there were no punches but shoving. My jumper had welts on the back of his head! When his parent came I advised her to talk to someone about the incident, which she was then told yes the other kid had in fact attacked my jumper and was waling on him. So why lie to the party host? To get a good review to make yourself look good?! No thanks. So much for their employees just walking circles not even looking at the areas where kids are jumping or at a court where balls are being thrown. They need some adults to supervise their kid employees. Will NOT be returning to the joliet location, which is a shame because we try to come once a month for our boys to work off their energy.

The birthday party was awesome! The kids had a blast jumping and our party server, Mady, was great at keeping everything stocked for us! Definitely recommend having kids parties here!
