Planned a birthday party here. Not our first time visiting. Kids had a good time. The event host was thorough and asked to assist a few times. Definitely had plenty of time to play.

The kids loved this place! It was a bit chaotic because it was so packed and of course kids will bump into each other when it is very busy. Please sign the forms prior to arrival for faster entry. There are special socks they have here for kids that you can purchase or bring your own.

We had a very disappointing experience at Sky Zone Fremont during child's birthday party. Everything was going well until an unexpected incident completely ruined our celebration. The manager suddenly entered our private party room without any prior notice, startling everyone and disrupting the event. We were genuinely frightened by his abrupt arrival. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, he told us to call 911 and insisted that we leave the room and the facility entirely. This was an incredibly distressing and confusing experience for both the kids and adults present. Moreover, we observed that the overall attentiveness of the staff on the trampoline floor was lacking. They seemed disengaged, merely standing around without actively monitoring the children to ensure their safety. It was concerning to see such a lack of supervision in an environment where children's safety should be the top priority. We were really looking forward to celebrating at Sky Zone, but the experience left us feeling let down and frustrated. We hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service and provide a safer, more welcoming environment for future guests.

The worst visit to a children's facility in my life! Our friends were celebrating their child’s birthday at this venue. From the very beginning, it was evident that the organization was poor. If issues arose during registration, instead of solving them, staff would send you from one counter to another. The birthday child’s parents, instead of spending time with their child, constantly had to chase down the staff to figure out why drinks for the adults hadn’t been served yet (lemonade was brought out only after the adults had finished their pizza), why there weren’t enough utensils, and other minor issues. When the parents requested to speak with a manager to address the poor organization, a man without a name tag arrived. He didn’t introduce himself but claimed to be the manager, saying that service quality was “a matter of taste.” He then escalated the conflict, even going so far as to hint at the possibility of physical altercations. It only got worse. This man began accusing us of threatening his life. Can you imagine such a claim—over spoons at a child’s birthday party? Additionally, he stated that he was a minor, which raises serious concerns about his ability to handle such a position—or he was lying at every turn. It’s hard to believe he was actually the manager as he claimed. However, if he truly held that position, it raises serious concerns about the competence and management standards of this organization. We tried to resolve the issue calmly, as we didn’t want to ruin the celebration. Several of us attempted to talk with him individually, asking for another representative to handle the situation since he was behaving unprofessionally. He refused. We made another effort to defuse the situation and returned to the party room, hoping to finish the celebration by blowing out the candles and enjoying the cake. However, this person came back into the room, reigniting the conflict and frightening the children. It didn’t stop there—he blocked our exit and demanded our personal information without providing his own name. This was despite the fact that venues like this always require signed waivers containing all participants’ details, which staff could easily access if needed. The children were terrified and crying, but he was undeterred. We had no choice but to call the police. My young child was so traumatized that they vomited throughout the night, he couldn’t even go to daycare and there are witnesses to confirm this. They kept asking me why “the man was argue” and why we weren’t allowed to leave. It’s only now, after a few days and some recovery from the shock, that I’ve mustered the strength to write this review.

unprofessional and poor service quality Multiple incidents involving chairs and socks. 1. We had exact socks which they provide which is nonslip.. they had no argument than saying we don't allow but buy here. 2. Context - Whole place was almost empty, and there were many massage chairs all empty- some of the chairs provide better visibility to keep an eye on kid.. that said, it's no where written that we cant even sit there or its paying customers only; some unprofessional lady in rude way said can she help me pay.. or getup/notsit , when asked where is written or board .she has no answer. Reported the same to front desk-- i think she mostly ignored. 3. In another incident; Had taken paid massage chairs service of 30 min , which is expensive.. and then, within 5 min.. some staff intervened me for some socks stuff of the kid; asked me to come as if it's urgent.. time went and lost whole money; they just said oh..
