Too many adults and teens running around. Little kids not being supervised. This place is ran by young employees in which its not a problem other than there is no control over safety.

Sky Zone in Rancho is an absolute blast! Whether you’re visiting with kids, friends, or even for a workout, this place is packed with energy and fun. The trampolines are endless, the foam pits are a hit, and the obstacle courses add an exciting challenge. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everyone stays safe while having the best time. My family and I had such a great experience—we could have stayed for hours! If you’re looking for a place to burn energy, celebrate a birthday, or just have an unforgettable time, Sky Zone is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite places to go! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for everyone. One thing I really appreciate is how clean it always is—it smells fresh every time we walk in, and the temperature is always perfect. It’s such a comfortable and fun environment. Never a bad experience.

This establishment exhibits a profound lack of professionalism and cleanliness. While it is understandable that many of the employees are young high school students in their first job, it is imperative that they receive comprehensive training in professional conduct and productivity. Instead, they appear to be indolent and disrespectful, treating the establishment as a playground. One employee, identified as “Sincerely,” demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. When I inquired about a matter, she initially promised to return for confirmation but instead returned after 25 minutes, laughing and leaving without addressing my concerns. It is particularly disheartening to note that she is a manager. Furthermore, I was charged three times after renewing my membership, which the employees found amusing and confused, mistaking it for a joke. This incident underscores the urgent need for corporate or higher management intervention to address the incompetence and lack of professionalism within the organization. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and urge the responsible parties to take immediate action to rectify the situation.

I did renewal membership in this place and it was useful to me despite it's high price,since that I have 2 different aged kids need both to enjoy and get busy having fun.But I don't know why every time I go I find this indoor playground "CLOSED For Maintenance".Okay,But I'm wondering what kind of fixing that takes 6 months!!! Asking the staff every time they tell us they don't know when it will get fixed or opened.It's better to say that they won't fix it and will keep it closed forever. If you have little kids,I will not recommend this place for you cause finally it will end with accident on trying playing with the crowded plays of the juniors. My other note,is that place is always dirty and messy,no one cares from the stuff to pick the sliding mats or stop toddlers from sliding over each other or even look for cleaning the thrown tissues everywhere and the wet toilets,,,,,etc.
