Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I visited SkyZone Gaithersburg with my son on yesterday (March 22nd), expecting a fun and safe experience. Instead, it turned into a complete nightmare. While jumping, I suddenly fell into a HUGE gap between the trampoline and the supposed safety padding. My leg went deep into the hole and now I’m in serious pain. What was supposed to be a happy moment with my son became a huge disappointment and physical suffering. Even worse, this gap was large enough for a small child to easily fall through – thankfully, that didn’t happen, but it could have been tragic. The staff? Completely unprofessional. The people who are supposed to supervise the kids spent most of their time on their phones or chatting with each other, completely ignoring what was happening around them. As for the bathrooms – they were absolutely disgusting, with an unbearable smell. One of the worst I’ve ever seen. After this terrible experience, I will NEVER return, and I absolutely DO NOT recommend the SkyZone Gaithersburg location to anyone.

I had my little ones birthday party there and not only did they have fun but the gentleman in charge of our group did an immaculate job. Akosa went above and beyond, was very helpful with the launch, helped me with decorating the room and he was the entertainment. The kids were captivated by his stories and he was great at including everyone. Bravo!

Not exactly the cleanest or best maintained location, but was plenty fun regardless. I had to help some kids out myself, especially around the foam cubes by the Sky Tower steps since staff was not always around. The arcade machines are money eaters, as per usual. The motion sensor games were free and fun, but getting a spot was pure anarchy

It’s really dirty and grimy… literally. They could at least clean it. The bottom of their orange socks turn black after a 90 min session. The other location is a little better but not by much. They have a cafe with basic snacks and ice creams. The staff are mostly high school kids and the ones we interacted with were nice enough. The restrooms are really bad as well. Needs a lot of attention especially on busy days. There are a few play area options, the trampoline and slide being the favourites. If they clean the sections it would be a great place for kids to burn off some energy. Parking is ok as it’s an industrial area with lots of space.

We have had our parties at Skyzone Gaithersburg for the past 3 years. This was by far the worse. I personally never saw a helper from the moment I walk in to the moment I left. I set up everything in the roon there was no help whatsoever. My wife said some came in to the room and gave her socks she asked if there was plates and cups and they pointed to the counter and said you can help yourself. Then at the end when e yried to close the event, there was 6 people in the the back registers no line but we still had to wait for them to finish their conversation before someone said...oh you ready to check out??. I did let the cashier know how bad of experience we had, I asked for the name of the party helper but did not provided to me. Then the icying on yhe cake? How much would you like to tip? Even after I had told her how bad it was. Im all about tippi g for Good service, because i know 3/4 of their hourly rate is based on their tips, but have to put minimum effort. And do not get me started on the room conditions, very dirty, sticky floors, stained walks, the counters I had to clean them myself it still had cake smears. Mind you we loved this place it was great when Jesse W (manager) was running the place but I guess thats not the case. Very disappointed. Need to train your staff better.
