Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Got here at 11:00 am on a Saturday, was not packed at all , very good decent amount of people here . Clean,environment when we came , good jumping and play equipment to keep my kids busy and having fun. Decided to get the membership. Worth coming to bring your kids to have fun and let out all that energy. No issues here at all, I’ve read some bad reviews and was kind of scared to come. I’ve been to lava island and this place was way more better and fun for the kids. Definitely recommend this place , and also Recommend coming early right when or shortly after they open.

We had a party booked. We had to wait to get food for the kids. The order I made was not what they bought to us. When I asked about the rest they said it would take 30/40 min. They charge for each pitch of drinks. Refill is not free. When I went to see if i owed anything they said i did not. I tipped our server and left. 2 days later they charged me $170 without permission for I dont know what. So for 13 kids i paid almost $1,000. The place was dirty and the equipment was falling apart. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Walked in with kids and the pleasant enough lady at check in asked if the kids needed socks, this after charging my 4 year old the same price as my 8 year old. I said no before she asked if she could check if they were wearing sky zone specific socks. They were wearing “bounce empire socks”, with rubber grips and all. Alas the business sees fit to rinse every last dollar it can by making the “sky zone” socks mandatory. This felt super penny pinchey, especially at Christmas. The place is filthy, the equipment looks old and it looks like the place is operating on bear minimum costs. We found numerous spots were springs were broken or missing. I know it’s a “kids park” but it’s filthy. The foam doesn’t look like it’s every been taken care of and half the experiences are closed due to lack Of staff to supervise. My 4 year old was turned away from most things. The disinfectant / sanitary dispensers were empty through the place. Another small attention to detail that management obviously overlook. Place has gone down hill significantly and there are cleaner, newer, more professionally managed places to take your kids. We won’t go back. Bounce empire much more inclusive, and so much cleaner and you don’t get the feeling you’re in a money pit. Save your $35 per kid

Great place for the kids to go and release some of the extra energy. My kids loves it. They spend more than two hours every time we go.

Facility is a decent size. Place is packed usually. The cafeteria is busy and usually has a long wait for ordering and serving food. The staff out on the trampoline areas are usually nice and they do watch kids for their safety and for guidelines on certain obstacle features. Good place to host a birthday party as well. Me and my family have visited numerous times. Only complaints are the wait times at the cafeteria and the condition of the foam squares in the pits of the obstacle course and jousting area.
