Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My son absolutely loves Sky Zone. Everyone is always friendly and the employees Serenity and are India are awesome and welcoming to my son. Having employees that’s attentive and keeps an eye out on everyone is a big plus. Thank you Serenity and India for all you do and making my son stay at Sky Zone an awesome experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of coming to Sky Zone and being greeted with amazing hospitality. Overall, this location was quite tidy and if there were any spills/messes, they were cleaned up immediately. There were three workers in particular that caught my eye: Kayla, Olivia, and Cheyenne. Kayla was amazing at giving directions and helping if needed. I even sparked up a conversation with her and she is amazing. Olivia is amazing with kids, especially my 11 year old. I went to use the restroom and came back to her helping my daughter. I was shocked, but also very grateful. Cheyenne was also very helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. She made sure to clear up any confusion! I could tell she genuinely liked her job. At the end of the day, I think this is an amazing environment for kids! Do not hesitate to come!

The kids had fun but it basically has 4 things to do. The slides were what they did most. My grandkids are 6 and 7 but mostly there were 12 and up there. The bouncy basketball was basically competitively popular and crowded. The food was good and bathrooms better than most places.

Not impressed. Took my grandkids here for a day of fun. This place does not have a lot available. The slides look cool but there’s none for children under six. The big slide with a scoop where you fly out and land on the bouncy pad has a leak above it in the ceiling, dripping water. The scoop part of the slide is full of standing water. Disgusting. Several of the obstacle course toys are broken and taped. Lots of repairs needed! I understand no outside food or drink, but they don’t even allow your personal water? That’s ridiculous and we brought ours anyway. You shouldn’t be forced to buy a five dollar bottle of water for your children. Won’t be coming here again.

This place is disgusting and poorly managed. The women’s restroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Literal poop on the toilet seat. No paper towels. Trash can took apart with no bag in it. Sticky nasty floors, drinks and food everywhere in the “no food or drink” areas, and I felt like if I touched anything I was gonna be covered in germs. Several attractions closed down so what areas were open were over-crowded. Will not come back. I thought Sky Zone was supposed to be a step up from the other jump places, but not this location.
