Wont be renewing our yearly subscription for 2025. the last few times we have gone there seems to be more safety and health concerns. 1. a hole section, arguably the funfest section has been out of order. 2. A step that allows kids to climb out in the obstacle course area is broke. we saw 3 kids who were stuck down there. and needed there parents to climb in and help. 3. The sanitation stations are empty. 4. The men's bathroom had no lights. I thought there might have been motion censored. it was pitch black and never turned on.

Loved it!! Back again!!! And brilliant we were able to go mid day while kids were in school....It was like we rented out the whole place! Bit bummed the foam.pit was closed since that's the go too.

I would give no starts, one start is very generous to the disaster this place was. Last Saturday, we celebrated our twin boy's birthday party, which we booked month in advance. They told us that we would receive a call 72 hours prior to the party to confirm last details. No call was received, so I called the day before. They confirmed that we would get the orange private room, we asked for 3 extra pizzas. The day off, we arrived 30 minutes ahead, and that's when we were told that because of overbooked we would get the open area for the party. Note that everyone at this place has no experience, they are very young...even their manager. They kept on blaming corporate, that they do the bookings without knowing the amount of parties they have for the day. It was super crowded, very disorganized. Why would we pay the same price for the opened area as a private room, my husband and I were super aggravated, and yes...my husband got loud. They called their manager, since she wasn't even there. A very rude person that only kept on using my husband aggravation against us. She wouldn't let me speak, so how would you point someone being rude when you are being disrespectful as well. At the end we got 24% discount, which tells you how unprofessional these people are. They even questioned if we still wanted to celebrate, when we had all the guests there. The hostess eas very nice, she helped us a lot, she had a basket with water which she offered to our guests. We ordered two pepsi bottles which they were not warm but HOT. The place looks very dirty, the foam area was closed, and other areas as well. Making everything super crowded, unhealthy and a huge hazard. We have the monthly membership which they make it super hard to cancel. So this message goes to Corporate, since they were to blame for the horrendous experience. I understand that money is important and that's all you care about, that why you hire people with no experience and poor young kids that try their best but are super lost. Start caring for your employees, the environment and specially your guests which all them are little kids.

Kids had fun, good features. Staff at check in was painfully slow and seemed totally unconcerned with the long line, half a dozen staffers hanging out behind counter while a single clerk checked people in. After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, staff sends me to the back of the line to fill out a waiver, then made us wait in line again. Very little safety staff presence, dozens of of kids in one area jumping all around each other, dangerous situation that staff should have been watching over.
