Absolutely phenomenal service. The staff actually keep the big kids out of the toddler area. Super clean and super fun! Thinking about throwing a party here?! We just did and it was great. Our host so kind, helpful and hands on from start to finish. Seriously- book the party! It was a blast!

Affordable Family Fun *Special Needs Friendly* Outside, it looks like Sky Zone got a desk job in a cubicle. But inside? It's the best location in North County! I like that snacks are affordable. Great place for high functioning teen events! BONUS: PARENTS Large seating area w/big screen sports! I recommend waiting w/your kids & grabbing a snack! This location prioritized the waiting adults and the kids fun! I wish I'd gotten pics of it inside, but I was busy enjoying the NFL playoffs! Snacks were generous portions under $10 *SPECIAL NEEDS* Under $25 for per kid, so it's budget friendly for teen entertainment Very nice to get exercise You can stay & discreetly monitor your kids without looking too clingy I highly recommend this location for high functioning special needs families. It's just enough stimuli that can involve various levels of social interaction. Kids can take breaks as needed from the action and can be reunited with group or jump alone, while still being part of the fun. Check with staff on ways to include kids with physical disabilities. Advice is for social skills disabilities only. Will update if I learn more!

Busy, super busy, and did I say it was busy? Hard to walk around and breathe clean air, lol. Nice place.. kids love it. Bday paradise.

There are sometimes older kids that play rough around younger ones. I feel like some areas need more dedicated supervision. Other than that, it is a great place for young kids to go burn off some energy!

The staff is nice. We had a birthday party here. It was well organized. The place was relatively clean given that this was a weekend and there were a lot of people. Three stars because the platform where you can jump off is only open certain times of the day. It used to be open all the time. (Edit) Just had another birthday party. The entire place was a complete mess. It seemed understaffed. Only one person at the snack bar though she was very patient and sweet. I felt bad for her. Our party coordinator Isaac was awesome, seemed genuinely nice. It's kind of a bummer that you follow the party rules and don't bring in outside pizzas, etc., but right outside your party room, there are multiple groups of people having their own parties with their Little Cesar Pizzas (please see photos) I don't know if this place is a franchise or not - but whoever is in charge needs to either change the party rules, or enforce the food rules. I kind of felt silly paying extra for the party - could have just brought a Costco pizza and call it a party without paying $499 for 9 kids.
