Sky Zone Trampoline Park

A fun location for both kids and active adults. Kids seem to love trampoline parks and this one is no exception. All participants seemed to be enjoying themselves. I noticed several staff members keeping a watchful eye. Some even officiate pickup dodgeball games that organically occurred in one of the arenas. The location seemed clean. I didn't notice any trash on the ground. There are several nice cushy seats to lounge if you are waiting or passing the time while the rest of your party actively run around the facility. I also noticed small tables near the the snack bar to enjoy the simple options like pizza, chips ice cream, etc. . The restroom facilities were clean on my visit. The facility does a decent job ventilating the area with the smell of exercise and odor that results from said exercise. Just be prepared that in certain areas, the "musk" is more prevalent than in others. There are several party rooms available to rent. On my visit there was a school fundraising event. It's nice to hear that this place gives back to the local community.

My review is just base on a bottle of water I bought. I thought water wasn't taxable 🤔 I agree on CRV but tax? 4.99 plus tax $5.38 and they didn't charge crv. For their defense they do provide free cups of water and have a water fountain and let you bring your own water. I'm just shocked.....4.99 for 700 ml? Did I miss something? 😅

It's not a bad place to bring the kids especially if you're just hanging out while your kids are jumping around! They definitely need to vacuum this place on a daily basis I doubt they do at all? It feels like there's people here working but most of them are kids and they're not really watching everyone maybe because there kids themselves! 🤣 We did have a party here and it was really good though! People that took care of us were very attentive and making sure everything went well!

Place was great the kids had a good time. However the bathrooms were extremely dirty and so was the floor. It could use a very good deep cleaning inside the entire facility. The matts were dirty and so were the foam blocks. The employees in charge of watching the zones had their backs turned and were not paying attention to the kids at all. The kids were all over the place and no rules were being followed. No-one was managing the kids and this is definitely important at a place like this. I hope things improve by the next time we visit.

The location is nice and it's huge, but they clearly don't want the kids to have fun. I have a 5 year old son, low on the spectrum, who loves to jump. At first I was told I had to be there while he played with the foam. No problem, I never leave him alone. Then it was he could only have a few foam blocks. Then he wasn't even allowed to toss one back and forth with me. I asked them how long it's been that way and they say it's always been that way. All of this while he plays by himself. Never gets in anyone's way. But definitely have to enforce the rules they just made up. I am going to try one of the other Sky Zones. Don't be fooled by how empty it is, that's because they want your subscription but not your presence.
