Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I was charged for a membership when I said specifically I do not live in this town and only wanted to use the Facility for that day. I was asked several different ways to buy this membership and was told several times how great it was. Maybe if the place wasn’t over an hours drive from my house I would have considered it but I was very clear… With my kids kicking and screaming to go play I just signed what the guy told me to sign with out reading the 15 page contract.. I have now been charged 3 times to use a facility I only wanted to use once for an hour.. The employees must get paid commission or a bonus to sell this package because we were clearly lied to. We called our cc company and of course they can do nothing. My wife physically drove out there again and we were told to email a person who no longer works there? It’s a scam and wasn’t worth the aggravation.. I am still paying for a monthly membership I never wanted and specifically never asked for. I may Have to just cancel my credit card it’s this type of game I’m going through..

I purchased a monthly pass for my 4 kids and myself! It was the best $ we’ve spent on kids activities! We get to come and go as we please…if one is having a meltdown, no worries! We just leave and come back after naps. I was having an especially rough day with my 3 year old and one of the employees (Grant) came to the rescue with kindness and understanding. Another time we needed to get some last minute wiggles out and Seanne welcomed us in with a smile and event took the time to get the exact socks my kids wanted. I look forward to each visit there! Skyzone is the best. I love the monthly passes for my boys! And the staff is so kind and friendly. My boys are able to run up to the front and be able to say there names to the staff and tell them they have monthly passes to them & they always make us feel welcome and my boys love coming before bedtime to jump! The staff is awesome and skyzone is very well clean everytime we come at night before bedtime! I love the passes every month and the discounts we get with it!

So, not only do I have 6 children in varied ages, I have always been keen on accessibility for the parents and comfort. Watching every age thoroughly enjoy themselves is such a great feeling. Even if I’m just relaxing in the lounge I’m comfortable. Such a great spot with easy access parking and such wonderful management and staff. We highly recommend Sky Zone Kingston!!!

Brought our 4 year old to the Little Leapers program which advertises an instructor led class for kids 6 and under. There were kids older than 6 (looked like teenagers) and no instructor. The big kids were told by staff to “stay away from the little kids”. It felt very unsafe and we left after 10 minutes.
