Stopped by on a Monday afternoon and it was wonderful because there were seven kids there. I can imagine it’s not so much fun on a weekend when it’s packed. I checked out the birthday rooms. Having a birthday party in a penitentiary would provide the same amount of cheer. Put some murals on your walls. Saddest birthday rooms ever. Put an ounce of love into it. It will go far.

I wanted to take some time before leaving a review because the staff here is genuinely nice, and my daughter did enjoy her visit. However, the activities were very limited. Aside from the trampoline area, there was just one rock wall, a balance beam, and two basketball courts. Compared to similar parks, like the one in my city that includes a full ninja climbing section and various other activities, this location falls short. Unfortunately, the full-day pass wasn’t worth the cost, and I wasn’t allowed to downgrade my pass after realizing this. I would only recommend a 90-minute pass, as that’s plenty of time to enjoy what’s available. Beyond that, it feels like a waste of money.

Super expensive and incredibly rude staff. They won't let us play on anything we paid for and are super rude about it. Seriously a waste of money, time and space. I miss Rockin Jump and any sense of customer service. My kid is miserable and I am mad. So worth it. Avoid this place until they close and re open under some better employees. So sad, we love trampolines and will now be driving anywhere but my own town.

We were looking forward to the change in ownership to see what they would bring in to make it “different”. Sadly, it’s EXACTLY the same equipment and setup. The only thing they changed was the paint, sign and dangerously understaffed. So much so, that the rock wall is not open entirely, and there was 1….yes ONE single person looking after the entire upstairs facility where EVERY experience is located. I know this bc I approached the kid in uniform to ask if he is in charge of manning the dodge ball area since teens were inside with food and drinks and cussing at little kids whenever they’d get hit with a ball. His reply, “Sorry ma’am, it’s just me up here and the most I can do is blow a whistle.” In addition, kids were improperly flipping head first into the center area with the inflatable landing, so closely that they’d hit their head on the border wall. What did he do? Blew his whistle and said basically all he’s there to do is call for an ambulance if anyone needed it. I immediately asked for a manager, and of course, none in the building- just “shift leads” aka kids. If checking out of supervising your kids to eat and lounge, you may be happy to hear that they minimally expanded their snack bar offerings and “membership” opportunities. All that to say, we are totally disappointed and turned off by the lack of management and safety ratios. I was chatting with other moms who shared my disappointment in the establishment and they suggested Urban Air in Concord- so we’re moving our membership there. Check out the pictures and attractions, I’m sure you’ll agree it’s worth the drive after 1 round of Skyzone.

Completely understood organized trying to get people in. After waiting 40 min behind 1 person I finally got to go up. They asked for the waiver I explained the error msg the website was giving me they told me how to do it a different way. Started doing it right away and they yelled for the next person to come up and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. So at the entry point extremely poor customer service. The place is kept pretty clean doesn't have everything the website showed they have though. It is the exact same place as rock and jump without the rock wall that is thill there they just removed the grips. Good points there was the staff watching the kids there was a few that was on point with keeping the kids playing safe with the mix of teens and little ones. Would be a great idea to implement a exit like chuckie cheese does and put stamps on families hands so they have to show them when leaving.
