Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We did a birthday party for our little girl. The place was clean and the service was good as well. The reason I put three stars is because all kids were really disappointed (as well as the adults) that only 60 minutes are designated to jumping and using all the trampoline while the rest of the time (60 minutes) is designated to eating and sitting in the food court on the top floor. We were told that we had one hour, but no one said anything about the 60-minute rule. The manager said that this is a new rule and that nothing can be done about it. Needless to say that kids won't sit at the table for 60 minutes, so you end up going home ahead of time. It's not a good value for money, and we will definitely not be coming back there.

Compared to my review of other indoor trampoline parks, Sky Zone is miles above the rest. Well lit, convenient, accessible, and ample parking, straightforward pricing, nice employees, and a clean facility. Sky Zone meets and exceeds all of the above parameters and makes looking run one a breeze. We came in and quickly filled out our waivers at the station. Paid and entered the facility. Going on a weekday, and off peak hours, we practically had the entire facility to ourselves. The actual jumping zone was extremely spacious and our kids had a blast jumping and running along. There are other fun and interesting trampoline related activities throughout the center, but the biggest draw will always be the actual trampolines. Very good time and well worth the price of entry.

Nice place to go if your kid likes to jump and have fun, we came in on a Sunday evening and it was super busy and crowded with parents and kids everywhere, also bit overpriced, they have many trampolines though. don’t know if i would come back.

Bought tickets through Groupon. Great place for the whole family. Children were able to run some energy out! My nieces and nephew had a blast! They had many different types of activities not your ordinary jumping place.

My son lost his phone in one of the pits (and before anybody says why did he bring it in there ) he forgot it was in his pocket we were there for a birthday party. I asked around for help and got nothing but “oh we clean the foam pits every 3 months”. ( which in my opinion is disgusting.) no one was willing to stop the kids from jumping in while my son and brother looked for it. I called today and was told I could come in 30 minutes before they close and look for his phone. The employees all look like they were at least 18 - 21. They didn’t really have information about what I could do they had to go ask someone else . It’s kind of crazy to me that they clean those pits out every three months when there once was a thing called COVID that still lives around. I will not be going back there I find that very unsanitary when especially there were little kids there and kids with special needs.
