"We took our daughter for her 16th birthday and my son who is 6. You can purchase socks that have grips on them, so you don't fall while running or whatever. It's beautiful, big, and so much fun! We loved the giant orange blocks. They have a ton of trampolines around which caught me off guard a couple of times."

While some visitors have noted minor issues such as limited air conditioning and cleanliness concerns in certain areas, overall, Sky Zone Trampoline Park continues to be a popular choice for families seeking fun and entertainment.

I took my daughter for her 16th birthday and my son who is 6. You can purchase socks that have grips on them, so you don't fall while running or whatever. It's beautiful, big, and so much fun! We loved the giant orange blocks. They have a ton of trampolines around which caught me off guard a couple of times. Some parents are a little too comfortable and let their children run off. I know that it's a place for families, but you NEVER know who is lurking. I took one star off because there is no AC. We went in September which isn't too hot or chilly pero dios mio. My hair was puffy, lol. I had to tie it in a bun after we arrived. The kids loved it, and I'm glad. The bathroom was clean when we went it.

Filthy place. They let people bring in outside food and people cannot even throw their trash away. I waited in a line of 15 people for 20 minutes only to reach the cashier and her tell me then I have to buy tickets online and sign a waiver. They do not even have people walking around cleaning.

Took my son for his birthday, and it was amazing. He got to play in the arcade. I just wished I would have asked about food court. It was pretty early in the morning, so I didn't know if it was open or not, but even with the lights off, the food options looked good. Will definitely be returning.

We just had a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone and it was, well, mid. There are so many problems with this place. The only positive was that our party host was great. It was packed upstairs at the counter. There was no signage directing party guests to go directly downstairs to check in. There is no cell signal at all. You can’t text your guests to coordinate with them. There was no AC. It was hot. Really hot. The kids were dripping sweat. Fine, they were jumping around. But the adults just standing around were completely drenched. There is no structure to the party. We had parties there when it was Rock N Jump and they had multiple hosts per party who would guide the kids through the different areas, reserving play space for the parties, and keeping the kids engaged in different activities in the various areas. Sky Zone basically just gives them an unstructured hour with everyone else in the place that day. Why bother to book a party for that? You can just invite your kids friends and spend way less money - you guide any and all structured play yourself anyway. There was no soap in any of the three dispensers in the women’s room. I told an employee and he told me they ran out. WTF? I mentioned it to our host and she took care of it. No wonder the hosts can’t lead/direct the party guests. Ours was on her own filling up soap dispensers, getting the food together, etc. There were tons of employees there doing I have no idea what while she was trying her best to get the party room set up. The food is trash but I always assume the food at these places is “pool food” so whatever on that. No one goes to a kid’s birthday party for the food, right? During our hour in the party room, I guess they ran out of drink pitchers. An employee came in and asked for one ours back. We paid for 4 so we could have different kinds of drinks available for the kids. Just, what? The kids had a good time I guess but this was in no way, shape, or form worth $1000.

Earlier today, I accompanied my little sister, who is 11, and her classmates to participate in an outing at SkyZone. During our time in SkyZone, my younger sister was assaulted by a group of caucasian boys. The staff was made aware on several different occasions and they chose to ignore the warnings. At the final altercation my sister chose to defend herself and was severely punished by being thrown out of the establishment. There were no consequences for the young men that assaulted my sister. I warn any future patrons to avoid this establishment.
