Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My daughter and I have passes here. We love it and go all the time!! Friendly employees, friendly patrons, video games too, obstacle course. It's not just trampolines. Food and drinks. Birthday parties! Golf out front. So fun!!

It was fun going there with the kids. THE THING IS!!!!. when we went to pay I was told we could pay like 29.99 for the day ....OR..... pay 39.99 and be able to go for free for the rest of the month. So I figured heck we can come back a few times this month so why not. SO.... the next month I get a charge on my card to Sky Zone for the same price that we paid for the 30 days. So I call and they tell me that I signed up for a membership.... I said no I paid for a 30 day pass, and would like my $79.99 dollars back. They said they would put in the request and they would reach out to me in the next couple of days. Now it's the beginning of the next month and there it is again another $79.99 charge on my card for Sky Zone. So now we are at $160.00 for a membership I never signed up for and haven't been back since we went the one time with my son and his friend. So u call again to cancel this charge on my card again and to get my money returned to me for something I never signed up for in the first place. Why would I continue to pay for something I am not using. And again they stated they will put in the request and get back to me. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Just cancel my supposedly membership I never signed up for or if I did was not mentioned to me at the time and give me my money back. The place was fun for the kids but ripping people off for something they are not going to use is BS. So beware what you are purchasing when you go there. It's a cool place but unfortunately my son and his buddies will no longer be attending this facility. I'll keep ya all updated on if and when I get my money returned for 2 charges for unwanted and unused services.

Fun place! We had my sons birthday party here. The food was what you would expect, nothing too exciting. However, what does stand out about this place is the staff working here. Even though it's chaotic and there is a lot going on, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and on point. The birthday room opened right on time and they even held our cake for us. I would definitely recommend this place as long as you can stand the chaos. There are also a ton of options for kids. They have the trampolines, dodgeball, rock climbing, a ninja course, an arcade, and mini golf. A ton of options for fun.

Allie and Deja were amazing hosts! We really appreciated them going above and beyond. I forgot a few things like the candle and they were able to find some for our kids birthday party. We couldn't have done it without their amazing above and beyond help! Will definitely come back and book more birthdays in the future!

While this facility is very clean and modern, kids found it boring as they were not allowed to run around on the trampoline area (we understand running between areas is dangerous of course!). They felt it was small and there wasn't much to do compared to other trampoline parks. As a parent I felt policed - no outside food or drinks at all, and the snack bar is only crappy unhealthy stuff. Kids deserve healthy snacks while they play and may have dietary restrictions! We won't be back. Boo. Follow up: Looked at my bank statement and just FYI, it was $77 for 2 kids to jump (and be bored) for 90 minutes. Unbelievable.
