Giving 5 stars specifically for the Little Leapers program. The facility has been consistently clean and not crowded on the weekday mornings that this is offered. Staff has been friendly and accommodating. I’ve found a few climbing holds loose and some trampoline springs too tight/new and not worked in, but I imagine these things are addressed when noticed, as old damaged dodgeballs were replaced by my 2nd visit.

Awesome Place for all ages! Kosher food makes it super convenient for the Jewish community! We had a great time!

Oh man! This place is a blast for all. I was here in 2003 when this place was just a big ole bucket of money waiting to be dumped into the hands of a bunch of people that knew what they were doing. Turns out that they did just that. Not only these folks know what they’re doing, they know how they’re doing it and they’ll keep doing it. This is the way of business should be around the sky zone trampoline park. I will for sure. Be coming back here if my sister ever lets me watch her kids again. After we left the trampoline park, something happened. She lost my trust and I haven’t seen those kids in a few years, but I had a blast here. They had a blast right before we left. It was all great.

We had a birthday party from 4 to 7. There were 12 kids. I got 13 passes. Spent about 6 to 7 hundred on the Mega party. When we arrived, we checked in. Our room wasn't ready to go until closer to 4:30, if not a little later. I feel they should give the workers and party before more time to get everything cleaned up for the next party. We never received the water bottles, party favors, and the stickers that you do pay for in the mega party pass. The drinks were terrible. It tasted like sink water. We got fruit punch, lemonade, and Pepsi, and they give you free water. Pepsi was the only one that tasted good. Pizza was really good, I was actually surprised. The woman said she would tell the manager about the drinks. It didn't change the price I paid.(You do pay for the drinks in the party price) I did call back about the party favors. I completely forgot we were supposed to get them. They refunded me 72 dollars for the 3 items they missed. Also, they aren't too disability friendly. I have a young 3 year old who loves jumping. She doesn't like lots of kids. I had to purchase another pass just to sit where there were fewer kids and let her jump. I wasn't even jumping. I was just holding her hand so that if I kid jumped on the same one she was on, I could grab her so she didn't start screaming. I'm not saying it should be free, but she is young, nonverbal. There are other parks that will let one adult with her for free to assist where help is needed. Overall, kids had a great time. Remember the waters they are supposed to give you. I paid out of pocket at the desk for water for a few kids on top of the water I was supposed to get.

Dirty and not sanitized. My daughter was playing for only 15 minutes and she suddenly broke out in hives. She had bumps all on her face and arms as if they had bedbugs or something in there. Definitely won't be back there again. Staff seems lazy so I know they aren't cleaning and using disinfectant like they should be.
